I think Duke's bulimia (in my opinion) has something to do with drugs ( yes I thought of this don't ask me why) and McNamara takes her to rehab for all drug addicts ( don't ask me what drug she's addicted to ) and solves her problems with a therapist ( which I think is Veronica's mom or dad ) and solvers her bulimia problems ( with medication that is drugs but still is helpful anyway ) and yeah ( I don't know why I thought of this )
