I did do this a long time ago , now I'll revise it.
Heather Chandler will not be living in Manila but from Davao Occidental or Oriental , because I am liking the idea that she will be Muslim , she then transferred to Cebu in Talisay where McNamara lives ,because of what happened to Marawi , know I don't know if Marawi is in Davao , but Chandler lives more near to Marawi then Davao. If you don't what happened to Marawi in the last 2017 , they were attacked by Muslim Rebels who hate the government and they are inspecting all of the people who live there , there are still rebels so the place is not that safe yet.
Heather McNamara will be living in Cebu in Talisay , City , now when do Chan and Mac will meet? In school of course , either if it's University of San Jose Recoletos , Sacred Heart or Saint Thomas Aquinas Lawaan or Pardo Anex. Now McNamara used to also live in Marawi , if you want to more about Marawi , I had already did , but if you want more detail here we go , reports from front lines explain why to avoid this hilly ,lakeside city. Troops that opened fire spot in Mindanao island May 23 killed have killed at least 275 militants. More than 60 troops have also died and most of the city's 200,000 inhabitants have fled. Much of the city's commercial district is rubble now , leaving a few places to live for locals or otherwise. Marawi is still recovering due to the massive damage it had cost in the war. McNamara transferred to Cebu at a very young age so she didn't really grow onto her culture.
Heather Duke transferred to Cebu too for higher and cheaper education , because whatever school they have and it's expensive in S.Korea , she also transferred to be with her mom that owns a Korean restaurant somewhere.
