Chapter 30

Rain:
We've been in Australia for two weeks and it's been a life changing experience. We went to this exotic zoo yesterday and I even got to hold a baby kangaroo. That was probably my favorite part of this whole trip. Other then spending my days with Grayson. We talked and talked all day long. I think I know a little too much about him now. He knows way to much about me that's for sure but I feel so much better about it. Ever since I've met him it's like my life had done a 180 and everything has opened up for me. He is like my good luck charm.
Today we have been at the beach just hanging out. Ethan and Grayson are surfing and I'm just sun bathing. I'm literally so tan right now and glowing. James would be so proud of me. He hates it when I'm all pale and washed out. Which will happen as soon as I get home since my tans don't last long.
This day is so beautiful it's not to hot but not cold. I wish I could move here and just forget all about my troubles and life back home.
"What are you thinking about" Ethan breaks my thoughts.
"I don't want to leave this place ever" I said squinting to see him.
"Me either sometimes. Me and Gray come here a lot to think and just get away" he said sitting down next to me.
"It's hard to tell when either of you are upset" I said
"We just don't like showing that emotion because we have people who we need to make happy. It's hard to let people down who need you the most" He said shrugging.
"Yea I let down all of my followers after what happened to me" I said "I just didn't have it in me to be happy or pretend"
"You went through a lot. Your fans would have understood and probably would have been the biggest support system for you." E said.
"Yea I know. I didn't talk to anyone I just packed all my stuff up and left. The only
Person I talked to was James." I shrugged.
"Well I'm here if you ever want to talk. I know what it's like to shove your feelings to the side and it doesn't help." He said.
"You are a great guy Ethan. You deserve a great life." I said
"I have it with you, Gray and all of our family and friends. You guys are what makes my life so amazing" he smiled.
Grayson decided to teach me some more surfing tricks which ended in me falling into the water a million times. I was starting to think I would never really be good at surfing. However it's so sexy watching Grayson surfing I don't think I'll ever give up.
"Gray I'm going to check my phone to make sure the label didn't call" I said walking back to my stuff. The label told me they were going to be calling with some really good news soon and I've been waiting by my phone the past two days with no calls. I'm starting to get really anxious. When I looked on my phone I saw there was four missed calls from a random number and five from James. I called James first but I didn't get an answer so I called the other number.
"Rain!" Someone cried.
"Who's this" I asked
"It's Tyler. James was in an accident Rain. I'm so sorry I'm so sorry. It's all my fault." Tyler cried.
"What happened Tyler" I started yelling. I was freaking out and Tyler wouldn't stop crying.
"I was driving. Me and James were arguing. I looked away from the road for one second and a truck came out of nowhere and smacked into James side of the car. He's in ICU. They say he's in a coma Rain. I don't know what to do." He was balling at this point. I didn't know what to say I was in shock. I couldn't even cry.
"I'm on the next flight out." I said calmly even though I was dying inside.
"Rain who's that" Grayson said from behind me. I hung up with Tyler and turned around. I still didn't know what to say I just couldn't find my words.
"I have to go." Was all I said then went back to the house and started packing.
"Where are you going" Grayson followed behind me. I didn't answer because my mouth was dry and I couldn't stop thinking about James.
"Rain what's going on" He was worried now. I just couldn't get myself to care.
