"Thanks to Black-Spot Pete, we've got a lead on Reme Lousteau's treasure. It's buried somewhere on Dagger Isle, a landmass many leagues from our position. In order to get there, we'll need to steal a pirate ship from the harbor, an easy feat given the nature of these cutthroats. First, Sly and Murray will steal a jollyboat and blast the rudders off of any ships that could possibly chase us out into the ocean; the action is sure to provoke the Harbor Patrol, so be prepared for a sea battle. With them out of the way, no one will be able to stop us from leaving the harbor. Meanwhile, Penelope and I will work together to break into LeFwee's peak and steal the map to the buried treasure. Once both objectives are reached, we'll steal a ship and set sail on Dagger Isle. And Rae, before you ask, I'm going to have you on standby just in case either of the plans don't go as planned, okay?" Bentley explained.

She merely shrugged. "At least I have the easy gig for a change."

"I figured you wouldn't mind that."

"No, I don't actually."

"Good. Now, while Sly and Murray are dealing with the Harbor Patrol and Penelope and I are busy with stealing the map, I'll have you go and try to secure a ship for us. Then after all that, it'll just be a simple matter of following the map and digging up the treasure."

"Well, I'm sure I can manage getting us a ship." Rae said.

"Excellent. Now then, we should hurry and get to work. Sly, you're with Murray, and Penelope, you'll be with me."

"Lead the way." The mouse said as the two intellects made their leave.

"You two can handle the ship's rudders and the Harbor Patrol, right?" Rae asked.

"Leave it to "The Murray," Rae!" Murray bellowed.

She chuckled. "And Sly?"

"Yeah, we can handle it."

"Good. I'll go stake out the ships and make sure they're all clear. Although, I've had my eye on that dragon ship since we got here..." Rae noted. "Keep that one open for me, okay?"

"Leave it to me, lass." Sly flashed a smirk.

She chuckled again. "You're cute, Cap'n." The fox winked. "Now get going, we have work to do." The fox said, pushing Sly toward the door.

"Okay, okay, I'm going!" Sly chuckled. "Don't miss me too much." He then winked.

"Then don't take too long." She winked back, Sly chuckling again as him and Murray made their leave, Rae giving a small chuckle of her own. "Dumb raccoon... My dumb raccoon..."

"Okay, Penelope, I'm in position with your hover-spectrometer." Bentley informed her. "I'll launch the device, and you scan for metal structures that resemble a safe of chest, anything the treasure map might be stored in."

"Roger, Bentley. Let's light this candle!"

"Be still my heart! She made an obscure NASA reference!" Bentley said to himself in awe. "Why do the girls always have to go for Sly? It's just not fair... ...Well...in Rae's defense, Sly went after her and not the other way around, but still..."

"What was that? I didn't read ya." Penelope then said.

"Uh...nothing. I was just saying that we've got fair winds for lift-off. Let's do it." He quickly replied, launching the device."

"The data's coming in, it's caching in the spectrometer's matrix." Penelope said, until one of the guards noticed the strange device.

"What manner of witchcraft is that? Ah well, best toshoot first and ponder later!" He then shot at the device, the mouse gasping.
