"Nugh!" Rae grunted in pain as she was getting back on the ship. "Damn..."

"Rae, let me see." Sly said, crouching down next to her.

She nodded, lifting her hands away from her side only to reveal a bloody wound about six inches or so in length. Sly's eyes widened, quickly turning. "Bentley, we have a situation." He said, distraught clearly in his voice. "LeFwee managed to cut Rae when she turned around, but...this wound is just so..."

"Get her to the captain's chamber, we'll treat her there, and it'll help me get a better look at the wound."

"Guys, I'm...I'm fine." Rae protested.

"You are most certainly not fine!" Sly snapped. "I know you don't want us to worry about you, but when you have a giant gash on your side that's bleeding like this, then I think we have justiful cause to worry."

Rae stared at him for a moment before lowering her gaze, which made Sly sigh. "Sorry... I didn't mean to snap at you..."

"No, it's fine, I deserved that one." She waved it off. "Can you at least help me into the captain's quarters?"

Sly nodded, gently wrapping an arm around Rae before carefully helping her up. She kept one hand clasped on her wound with her other arm around Sly, but didn't want to touch him since her glove was covered in her blood as she limped along with him. After opening the door, Sly helped Rae sit down on the bed, not missing the pained expression that crossed her face as she sat down, but there really was nothing he could do to alleviate that. Once Rae was sat down though, Bentley was quick to join them, wheeling himself in.

"First, we'll have to clean the wound. Sly, can you go get some water, some peroxide, and a towel from those cabinets over there?" Bentley asked, pointing to the cabinets he spoke of.

Sly nodded. "Sure thing."

"I'll get the bandages and guazes as well as a stitching needle and thread in case we need it." He said aloud, wheeling himself over to a different set of cabinets.

After Sly had gotten everything Bentley asked for, he set a bowl of water down on the nearby table along with a white towel and smaller cloth, as well as the peroxide. Meanwhile, Bentley returned with some bandages, guazes, and a stitching needle with some thick, black thread. While Bentley was setting everything up, Sly decided to start cleaning Rae's wound. He removed his gloves, pushing his sleeves back a bit further before grabbing the wash cloth and dipping it in the water. Once he rang all the excess water out, the raccoon turned to Rae. She gave a small nod, moving her hands away as she slipped her bloody gloves off. Suddenly though, when Sly pressed the cloth against her wound, she flinched violently, trying to resist the urge to.

"Nugh...!" She gasped, clenching her fists and gritting her teeth.

Sly instantly stopped, glancing up at her, but Rae gave a small wave, shaking her head.

"I'm fine... Just...just keep going." She said.

He nodded and continued to clean away all the blood on the wound and on her fur. Through it all though, that grimacing look of pain never seemed to leave her face, which was understandable. He hated seeing that look of pain on her face, but...he had to clean the wound, and Rae said to keep going, so... Still though, that doesn't mean he enjoyed doing this. When Sly was finally finished cleaning away all the blood from the wound though, he drew back, Rae letting out a heavy sigh. "Alright, now let's see the damage." Bentley said, wheeling himself up to the fox as he began to examine her wound. "Hmm..."

He studied it for a long while, not wanting to touch it in fear of hurting Rae, but one thing seemed clear to him. "It doesn't look all that deep or wide from what I can see, so you won't need stitches." Both gave a sigh of relief. "However..." Sly and Rae suddenly tensed up a bit. "...I have no idea where LeFwee's sword has been, so to prevent this from getting infected, we're going to have to sterilize your wound, Rae."
