"Well, well, look at who just got sadistic." A snarky voice called when Rae entered the Safe House.
She brushed some hair off her shoulder. "It's not sadistic, I'm just giving that low-life crook what he deserves, even if it meant I had to destroy that amusement park ride."
"Whatever you say, Vixen. I still say your embracing your dark side again."
"And so what if I am? There's nothing wrong with going back to my routes, is there?"
"No, nothing wrong at all. In fact..." Sly got up from the chair he was seated in, slipping behind the fox as he grasped her hips, purring into her ear, which gave a slight twitch. "...I like that side of you."
"Now, now, don't get your fur all riled up..." Rae teased, slipping out of Sly's grasp, giving a seductive grin as she did so.
Sly gave a pleased growl. "And you say I'm a tease."
"I learned from the best." She winked, clicking her tongue.
"Okay, okay! Can we keep the flirty commentary to a minimum, please and thank you. Sheesh..." Bentley cut in.
Both Sly and Rae started laughing. "Is that jealousy I sense in your voice, Bentley?" Rae snarked.
He just raised an eyebrow. "No. We have many things to accomplish and not a lot of time to do so, so if we could please focus, that would be great." Rae could hear the sarcasm in the turtle's voice, and it made her chuckle.
"Look who got sarcastic all of a sudden." She smirked.
Bentley just rolled his eyes. "Can we just keep the ball rolling on this thing, please?"
Sly gave a chuckle. "Alright, alright, I'm going. Not need to crack your shell."
"Again with the turtle jokes?" The turtle raised an eyebrow, seeming unimpressed as the raccoon snickered, making his leave.
Bentley then sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose as Rae seated herself in a chair. "Oh, lighten up, Bentley. You gotta learn to have fun once in a while."
"Not while we're busy on a job."
"Come on, it's not like Octavio is going anywhere." Rae tried to reason.
"He's not my concern. Now, Carmelita and this Nicolas character are another story." Bentley countered.
"Pay no mind to them. We can easily get around those two." Rae waved her hand.
"I'm holding you to that then." The turtle pointed.
The fox merely shrugged. "Whatever suits you."

Once Sly had exited the Safe House, he made his way toward Octavio's Opera House, making sure to avoid the patrolling guards along the way. Upon nearing the Opera House, however, Sly's binocucom went off, taking it out only to see Bentley on the other end. "This Opera House is Octavio's base of operation."
"Nice place; sure to be be a few bucks lying around in there. What's the plan?"
"If you can get me inside to one of Octavio's computers, I should be able to hack his firewall and get the dirt on his operation."
"Okay. Have you got a point of entry? I'm guessing the front door's not the safest option."
"That wooden hatch appears to be an ideal wag to slip in undetected. Head down there and we'll meet up in s few minutes." Bentley then disconnected.
