At first, it seemed just like old times. The gang was back in action! But little by little, we learned that Murray's heart just wasn't in it. Without the Guru's permission to give up on his Dreamtime training, he'd never really feel comfortable returning to the gang. We knew that we all had to help him out, so we packed up our things, whipped up some quick disguises, and head for the Australian outback.

Rae sat in the plane, dressed in a preppy teenage girl outfit, Sly looking like a skater teen, Murray dressed like a big child with a coloring book, and Bentley almost like the father. As the gang sat in that plane, Rae with her head leaned on Sly's shoulder, holding onto his arm, they all listened to Murray tell story after story about his teacher's amazing abilities. Apparently this Guru was capable of fantastic feats, such as using the Dreamtime to blend in perfectly with his surroundings and even gain mental control over the weak minded. If even half the stories were true, then this was one guy the gang had to meet. However, both Sly and Rae came to the conclusion that their gang needed to grow its ranks, and this Guru, this "outback mystic," was looking like the best recruit they could've ever asked for. However, upon arriving in the outback, it was a shock to find that things had suddenly changed, and the Guru...was nowhere to be seen...

Rae stripped out of her preppy outfit, pulling the headband off and taking her hair out if its high ponytail, running her fingers through her dark locks. She then dressed herself in her thief outfit before heading for the exit of the Safe House. "Rae, since you're up, would you mind going out and searching for the Guru?" Bentley then asked.

"Yeah, sure. Just tell me where I need to go."

"I left some possible waypoints for you to follow. Head outside and we'll fill you in on the mission, but be careful out there. The miners have torn this place up looking for opals, so watch your step since I'm sure they'll get pretty rough defending their claim."

"I'll keep that in mind."

"You need me to accompany you, my love?" Sly suddenly spoke up.

Rae cracked a smirk, turning a bit to face the grinning raccoon. "I think I can handle myself out there, hun, no need to worry your pretty little head." She then exited the Safe House, Sly chuckling.

The fox scanned around the area, unable to deny how destroyed the landscape really was. "Oh my God... What have they done to this place? It's almost been completely demolished... We have to put a stop to this, and fast." Rae said aloud before making her way around the area. "Now, where am I supposed to go?"

Beep! Beep! Beep!

"Hmm?" Rae reached down and grabbed her binocucom only to see Murray trying to contact her. "Hey, Murray. So, what's the scoop?"

"My master normally spends most of his time up there in that cave, overlooking the valley and contemplating the depths of deepness. I'd really appreciate it if you broke the news to him that I wanna break off my training."

"Don't worry about it, bud. Besides, anyone you call "master" must be one heck of a guy; I'm really looking forward to meeting him."

"Oh, he's awesome! He'll get inside your head and freak you out six ways from Sunday!"

"Uhh, awesome?" Rae then disconnected. "Okay, so I guess I'm heading up there then..."

After putting her binocucom away, Rae climbed up on a large rock, a guard standing watch. She glared, switching her cane into a blade as she snuck up behind the dingo before ramming her blade through his back. When she removed her sword, the guard fell limp, blood pooling around him. Rae then flung the blade to side, blood flying off of the steel with a dark glint in her eyes. "How dare you bastards destroy something beautiful? Those who destroy such beauty don't deserve something so precious as life..." She hissed before staring at her bloodied blade, sighing a bit. "What has my anger done to me...?" She muttered, cleaning away the blood before switching it back into a cane, heading up to the cave.
