Chapter Seven

LAIBA P.O.V

Zaid stood right in front of us "Assalamu Alaikum" Zaid angrily said

 "Wa Alaikum Salam Zaid Bhai" Zeeshan replied loudly shaking Zaids hand and i responded lowly to the salaam, "What are both of you doing here all by yourselves? Where are the rest?" He asked clearly upset

"They have gone to the washroom, we are just waiting for them" i nervously said looking down while talking out of respect.

I was really tired so I sat on the nearest bench while Zaid and Zeeshan were having a conversation, for some Unknown reason I was happy that I wasn't completely alone with Zeeshan.

I removed my phone from my jacket and called Halima wondering what's taking them so long after a few rings she finally picked up

"What's taking you guys so long?" i asked really annoyed "calm down Laiba! this idiot said she knows where the washroom is but ended up making us get lost" i heard a whine and all of them giggling, i just shook my head.

"okay, come fast" i said while looking at the guys who were clearly looking at me wanting to ask Me where these women were

"we are almost out, it's just there are too many people crowded over here" she screamed over the call i put it a bit away because she was too loud "Anyway we are almost out just be a bit patient" she said with a small okay i cut the call

"What did she say?" They both asked at the same time and i smiled at them "they are on their way out" I got up shivering a little as the weather seemed to get colder, i think they both noticed since Zeeshan handed me his jacket while Zaid asked if i wanted to wait in the car at the same time i looked at both of them confused as to what i could do.

I looked down and apologized to Zeeshan and i agreed to wait in the car, i could tell Zeeshan's mood went down as i rejected his jacket, i felt bad but i couldn't possibly take his jacket when i could sit in the car and be warm, mean i know.

As i sat in the car i looked out at the busy world, young couples, new parents, old couples, families going out together. An overwhelming feeling engulfed me, a feeling of home and safe. deep in my thoughts suddenly the door just opened, startling me. I looked up to see Halima entering the car, she looked at me like she was pissed.

I gave a questioning look to her "What is wrong?" i asked her "something is seriously wrong with Sadaf" she replied clearly very angry

"Why? What happened?" wondering what happened

"Sadaf needs to learn how to respect her elders, she can't just show her attitude to everyone and argue without actually know what they are talking about" she spoke looking at me, i did not ask what she did as Halima is not the type of telling what the person did, she will just speak about the thing that upset her.

I kept quiet and did not say anything when I looked out wondering where Sadaf and Zaid were as well as the other girls. I looked and saw Sadaf and Zaid talking but it looked like they were arguing rather than talking.

i turned to Halima and asked her where lubna lubaba were as i could not see them "They went with their brother" I nodded while she got her phone out to call her husband to check up on him, once she found out that he was sick she called him every few hours. It is very cute at first but can get really annoying after some time.

Sadaf entered the car clearly very angry and so was Zaid, the whole ride home was in silence. Whenever zaid was angry he would drive the car very fast, usually Halima would tell him to slow down but today she did not say anything and was silent.

When we reached home Sadaf was the first one out, she shut the door angrily and walked really fast away from us. I just ignored that and went straight to the room. I did my usual routine before i went to sleep.

I woke up and did my usual routine and got ready to leave for the gym. Today I wanted to go and open the gym so i Messaged Rania and let her know I will be the one to open up.

I got out and felt the cold wind on my face making it freeze. I know that by now in the cold my nose and cheeks must have turned red. I entered the gym and went straight to the office. i set up the office neatly and thought of changing the set up completely and also got some ideas on the decoration of the new set up. Once Sadaf would be here I know I would get her opinion on it.

I proceed to check everything there was to do in the office and it seemed that everything was fine, before i know it Sadaf walked in looking very pretty and she seemed like she was glowing.

"Assalamu Alaikum Habibty" she excitedly said, coming up to hug me "Wa Alaikum Salam Love'' I Smiled hugging her back. "Someone seems in a very happy mood" i looked at her while she blushed looking down "yeah, there is something i need to tell you" she said shyly, knowing Rania she never blushes like this unless it is something relating to marriage, it is a hunch but i do not know just yet.

"So about a few weeks ago, I went with my mom to her friend's house for a visit and her sister -in-law was also there... She happened to see me and liked me for her son. She sent a hand in marriage last night" she blushed looking down i jumped up excitedly

"Ya Allah!! Have you seen him yet?!" I asked , looking at her, I didn't let her answer before asking so many questions

 "did you see his picture?"

 "Do you know what his name is?!"

Before she could answer anything the door opened making us both look at the door.
