My body aching. My heart pounding. My mind wandering.

"Flare we need to run," I whisper frantically to her, but hear no response. "Flare!" I shout. Her head finally turns to face me. Her poor face riddled with fear. I hate this for her. She never deserved any of this. Before we could move one of the young towns girls, who is about my age, approaches us.

"Hey Freak!" a towns person yells trying to get you attention. "I'm talking to you, Weirdo!" the bright pink-haired girl screams as she stomps over to us.

"Look, please we're leaving alright,"I beg, " just leave us alone." The young girl scoffs at my answer.

"Don't tell me what to do, you mutant!" Her voice becoming harsher with every syllable.

"I-I'm sorry,"I stutter. Her eyebrow cocks up at my apology. Her stance somehow more intimidating.

"You're sorry?" she sneers. "Are you sorry for coming into our town and infecting it with your disgusting existence?!" she interrogates, as she walks slowly over to us. However she sin't done.  "Are you sorry that  you are a waste of space?!" I hang my head in defeat. "Tell me!" she screams, "ARE YOU SORRY?!"

"Y-Yes," I mumble.

"What was that Freak?" she taunts, "I can't hear you." I sigh and take another deep breath.

"Yes," I say only slightly stronger than before.

"Hmph,"she remarked victorious, "remember that you abomination." She leaned down toward my face. "You aren't like us."

I wake up in a cold sweat. My lungs grasping for oxygen as if the world might run out.

When my body finally calms, I begin to search my surroundings. I'm in my nightgown underneath the white sheets of a small twin size bed.

To my left there are three more that are untouched

To my left there are three more that are untouched. Across the room there is what seems to be a medicine cart. Wait, am I in a clinic? Suddenly I hear the mumbling of faint voices.

"Please I know I'm not in her guild, but-"a disembodied voice argues. It seems to be originating from behind a cracked door, which I assume is the entrance to the clinic.

"No exceptions," another voice whispers firmly, "and lower your voice before you wake her." The voice seemed feminine. Her words concerned but stern.

"I just need to see her," the first voice pleads, now suggesting it is male. I could feel the tension of their conversation from my bed. "I just want to make sure Y/n is okay,"the male voice says finally. Wait, me? Who would want to come see me that wasn't in my guild? I could hear a sigh coming from the other side of the door.

"Fine," the female concedes, "but only for a moment, and don't go blabbing about it either. " Soon the once cracked door was wide open. I could see who the voice were coming form. The female voice was none other than Grandeeney herself. And...  I gasp at what I see before me. The male voice was Sting Eucliffe from Sabertooth! What?!
