Day Four

That bitch Minerva drops Juvia on her ass just outside to water bubble. Now it's just her and Lucy. I don't like that mischievous look on her face. Something bad is about to happen. I  can feel it. 

"The Five Minute Rule is now in effect," the announcer explains, " If either contestant exits the ring before the time is up, they will be ranked in last place." Come on Luce, I know you can do it. Then I see Minerva smirk  at the announcer's words.

"End of the line," she hissed, " I could send you flying out of this ring in the time it takes you to blink." She chuckles at her own words. "But the people can for a show, " Minerva contends, bring her hand up, "And I intend to deliver." A smirk appears on her lips again. "Try to survive, " she warns, " And be sure to scream." Minerva's hand begins to glow. A bright glowing orb of energy appears behind Lucy. What is that? Suddenly it explodes and  Luce hollers in pain. What the hell?!

"Pure heat?" Erza questions beside me, "Under water?!" Lucy screams again.

"Lucy, no" Natsu yells, obviously pained by the sight of Lucy.

"I've never seen that kind of magic before." Gray declares, almost disgusted by what he was seeing. After several more painful screams, Lucy is finally able to regain her composure.

"I need to get my spirits out here pronto," she  acknowledges as she reaches for her keys. She gaps when she doesn't feel them around her hips. She looks up at Minerva, who was holding up her keys. "No way,"Lucy mutters, before being hit with another one of Minerva's blasts. She's defenseless. Lucy struggles to keep herself from being knocked out of the ring. Damn that black-haired bitch! She was just floating there with a freackin' smirk on he face.

"Aw," Minerva pouts. She then generates another white heat blast that hits Lucy from behind. Cheap shot!

"I can take it, " Lucy declares, " Hit me with your best shot." No! You stupid girl! You're almost as stubborn as Natsu. Then Minerva conjures two more energy orbs to attack Lucy once more. This time Lucy just bits the bullet. After the attack has subsided, Lucy swims back towards Minerva. NO!  STUPID! "I'll keep fighting, "Lucy yells. Minerva cocks an eyebrow.

"Oh," she taunts, "you sure you don't want out of this torment?" She glares at the poor blonde.

With her head down, Lucy begins, "If I give up, after my friends have fought so hard, it would be worse than betrayal!" She shouts her last words. "Hurt me all you want I don't give a damn," Lucy screams, "I'll win." That stupid bimbo is going to get herself killed. "My guild will be number one again!" Lucy's voice breaking. Minerva's eyes visibly widen at her words. Shit. For another thirty seconds both of the competitors stand still, just floating in the water.

"The time is up, " the announcer broadcasts, "Now it's simply a battle for the to spot." At his words, Minerva pulls her hand back and give Lucy a fowl stare. Fuck. Fuck. Fuck. And more Fuck. Why did Lucy have to open her damn mouth. God, I swear she's as bad as Natsu. I notice Minerva who has created the largest energy yet. She swiftly launches it at Lucy.  Lucy release a blood-cutraling scream like never before.

"LUCY!" Natsu yells, almost half way off the balconey.

"You bitch!" I shout, " She's defenseless!" Why the hell would she do this? 

"All you Fairy Tail brats are just the same,"  Minerva answers, as if reading my thoughts. A continuation of light blasts emerge from Minerva's hand. Each scorching Lucy to her wits end. DAMN HER! "None of you listen!" Minerva's eyes shoot up at me. Wait, no. Is she doing this because of me? Because of what happened with Flare? "Now receive her punishment," Minerva whispers, low enough for the judges not to hear, but both Natsu and I heard perfectly clear. "Make sure to scream!"
