We told our parents the spectacular news and everyone was once again excited. Kasey still had yet to talk to me, weeks later she tried to and I blew her off because my "bestfriend" should have been there when I needed her. We began to plan the nursery out, the baby shower, and our wedding!

The nursery would be pink, the wall her crib would be on would have pink and white horizontal strips. Her crib

is going to be white. Above her crib would be a quote, "first we had each other, then we had you, now we have everything." Above the quote, centered with the crib we would put a pretty oval frame with a S in it. I got her a very old vintage dresser that Cory and I refurbished to look vintage but new, it would also be her changing table. We got a rocking chair that was like a couch seat but a rocker, it was a vanilla color, not white but not anything else either. On the outside of her door we hung a banner with her name in pretty gold letters. The rest is minor details.

The baby shower was so much fun, so many people came, including Kasey. It made me mad that she showed up, but I wasn't about to let her ruin my baby shower so I accepted her gift with a smile and walked away. The invites we passed out (and put on the social media) said instead of bringing a card, fill baby's library & bring a book. We ended up with a ton of really good books. We played some fun (and interesting) games. One they guessed my belly size with ribbon, a little offended by how big Cory made his ribbon not going to lie, my mom won. Another we had to put a diaper on a baby doll while we were blind folded, I won not to brag or anything. The most interesting was we put different types of chocolate in diapers and laid them out, the guests had to use a tiny spoon and try each of the chocolates and guess what it is. Most everyone got at least one chocolate right but only one person got all of them, and that was Kasey. When I was giving her the prize for that game she pulled me aside and apologized for not being there, then told me everything that had been going on in her life (her mom had just been diagnosed with breast cancer), and I felt so selfish. I hugged her and we both cried and I apologized for being a bad friend. Finally we sat down for me to open presents. I opened one wonderful gift after the other. (Soph has enough cloths that I don't think she will ever wear the same outfit once) Kasey wanted me to open her gift last, and I did. It was a beautiful diaper bag. It was a large black cheetah print with longish straps because I don't like short straps. It's glittery too, with Sophia on the front in pink cursive writing. I started to tear up, as I looked up to thank her she said that's not all.. I opened up the back to find a matching baby blanket. I loved it. She knows me so well.

A couple months later I gave birth to my beautiful baby girl. 6 pounds 8 ounces. The first time Cory held her I thought I was going to die it was so cute. (Dramatic I know) I had a natural birth. 15 hours of labor 30 minutes of pushing. I was discharged from the hospital the next day.

I didn't sleep the first night, like not at all. And not even because she was that fussy. I was just so nervous something would happen!

A year and a half later I became Mrs. Jones.

Our baby girl was the flower girl. The wedding was coral colored. I will never forget it. His face when I started to walk down the isle was amazing. He was holding our baby girl.. I was walking to my family, my future.. I had never been happier. We said our "I do's" and kissed. And I was officially his wife. The reception was so much fun. I danced with my husband, then my dad, then my mom, then my little perfect angel. After all was done I went and changed into jeans, ugg boots, and my "Mrs." Over the shoulder shirt, and we set off for our honey moon. We went to Hawaii. And of course I couldn't leave my princess. She had a blast on the beach. I swear she's a little fish because she would just sit with us in the shallow waves and every time one would hit her she would giggle.

I graduated early before I had her, she got to watch me walk across the stage and receive my diploma. I soon after started online college. And by our wedding had already finished three semesters.

Cory had finished his first year of college too. We had our own apartment by this point too. Two rooms. It wasn't the biggest but it worked.

And as cliché as this may sound...

We lived happy ever after.
