Proposing A Deal

Present:

"Itachi...! Where are we going?" I whined as he continued walking forward with a hand on my wrist. We were surrounded by greenery and with the way we were headed, it was directly to the Hidden Leaf Village.
"Just wait, Y/N, it'll be more exciting if we take longer." Itachi answered me as he stopped and turned to me, his expression was so childlike and happy, so excited that I lost all the air in my lungs. He slipped his hand into mine and blindfolded me with only one arm. I felt his hand let go of me and wrap around my waist, he lifted me and began jumping through trees at an incredibly alarming rate.
After a couple minutes, he slowed down and stopped altogether. He grabbed my hand and intertwined our fingers, leading me slowly and then stopping. "Itachi?" I asked quietly.
     "Hm?"
"Can you show me now?" Itachi took of my blindfold and I looked around, astonished. "Th-This is our place! Itachi, since when did it grow so many beautiful flowers?!"
Itachi chuckled at me and smiled, poking me with two fingers. "I planted them, Y/N." Itachi chuckled even more at my expression and pulled me forward to embrace me.
We swayed to the wind as he hummed quietly, the soothing tune making me lay my head on his shoulder. He twirled me around and I laughed a little, wrapping both my arms around his neck.
Itachi pulled them off and intertwined both of his hands with my own, a small smile placed on his features as he came down and kissed me lovingly. We pulled away and Itachi moved a couple steps backwards, I looked at him questioningly.
Itachi slowly let go of my hands and reached into his pocket, pushing his Akatsuki robe to the side. I blushed intensely as his actions dawned on me, my heart hammering as the wind was knocked out of me.
"Y/N, you have sided with me throughout every dilemma we have faced and I have come to care for you in a way nobody can match or even compete against; you make me happy in a way I thought I'd never understand again after what happened and I'd like to give you that same joy. I very well might even owe you my life and if I'm honest..." Itachi paused, I could see nervousness seeping through, before confidence crushed it completely.
"...I'd like to spend the rest of it with you, Y/N... I want to spend the rest of my life by your side, so I'd like to ask you this: will you make me the happiest, most ecstatic man alive and become my ninja bride? Will you do me the greatest honor and become my wife?" Itachi asked after getting on one knee and pulling out a ring so beautiful my heart melted.
I gasped, my hand shooting up to cover my mouth in astonishment. My knees were trembling as I pinched myself roughly. After a couple seconds, I deemed this wasn't a dream and met Itachi's anxious gaze. I gave him the biggest smile I'd ever give anyone and nodded vigorously.
"Are you kidding me?" I wheezed. "Yes! Itachi, yes!" I shouted as he smiled and pulled me into a strong embrace, I buried my head in the crook of his neck. Itachi merely chuckled happily and rested his chin atop my head.
"I love you, my future Mrs. Uchiha." He mumbled as he kissed the top of my head lovingly.
"I love you too, Mr. Uchiha." I mumbled back as I pulled his head down for a kiss, which lasted a while.
"Itachi...?! Y/N?!" I heard someone yell in surprise as we both pulled apart and looked towards the direction the voice came from.
"Why if it isn't Kakashi, what brings you here, my dear old friend?" I asked menacingly, my piercing eyes bore into his as I pulled an Itachi line.
Kakashi put down his book and looked at us warily. "This is my new favorite reading spot, and you're ruining it." I chuckled at his comment threateningly, my eyes taking on a small tint of red as I turned my head and smiled.
"You're still as annoying as I remember, what a shame!" I saw a flash of hurt pass Kakashi's face before he threw a kunai at me. I flicked it away and looked at Kakashi's face, which was full of surprise.
"You were holding back that time, huh? What's your actual strength, ten times back then?" Kakashi asked warily as I stepped away from Itachi.
"What if I told you... I can beat Itachi's eyes?" I flashed my eyes at him and Kakashi's eye widened. "Surprise, surprise! My father mated with an Uchiha and married, but I kept his last name." My sharingan flashed dangerously at him and Itachi chuckled at me.
"My dear little fiancé is such a showoff, isn't she, Kakashi of the Sharingan?"
My eyes turned neutral and I chuckled at Itachi's comment, holding my left hand up to show my ring at the same time.
"Make sure to inform our dear little princess Tsunade, will you? Tell her... she's invited." I stated with a fake polite tone, Kakashi's eye narrowed at me.
"You've changed, Y/N." I shook my head at him.
"I didn't change, Kakashi, you did." I told him seriously as I pointed my finger at his chest, where his heart lay beating. "You chose to see me in a lighting where my true colors lay hidden. Finally, the curtain has been pulled and yet you refuse to see it. You don't know me, Kakashi of the Sharingan, even with that eye of yours." I narrowed my eyes and looked at Itachi.
Itachi nodded and he walked forward to grab my hand, his crows flying around us in a circle as we left Kakashi alone in the place I used to call home.
I sighed. "I hate lying." I told Itachi as he rubbed my back soothingly.
"I know." He replied as he kissed me, showing me he was sorry.
