Becoming One With Them

Past:

I woke up calmly with a smile on my face, dang that was a good rest. I looked for Kakashi and he was up cooking us breakfast in his small apartment.
     "Good morning, how'd you sleep?"
"I slept well, thanks." I rubbed my eyes and yawned only to find Kakashi staring at me, he looked away quickly and mumbled something about 'cute'. "What's for breakfast?" I asked as I peeped over his shoulder.
"Eggs, bacon and sausage. How'd you get there so quick?"
"I honestly don't know." I answered with a finger in the air as I walked away, I looked back. "I walked, dummy."
He served us on his small table and we ate quickly, so quickly I couldn't see his face without his mask. Some small chatter happened every once in a while after he asked me my name.
"I have to go train with my squad today, you can join us today if you'd like, Y/N." Kakashi sounded hopeful as I smiled at him.
"Sure, why not? Let's go." We both stood and left quickly, I didn't want to miss this for some reason.
After a couple minutes of walking, we came to a clearing and I assumed this was the place.
"Kakashi-sensei! What'll it be tod-hey! You're that lady from yesterday!" Naruto shouted as he pointed at me, I only smiled and waved at him.
"Hey, something doesn't seem right..." I heard Sasuke mumble.
"You're right, Sasuke, training was supposed to start at 8am and when I left my house it was 7:56am... I just got here..." I heard Sakura mumble back as Sakura blushed intensely and gasped.
"Kakashi-sensei isn't late!" They both exclaimed loudly as they then looked at me. I laughed nervously and waved at them both while giving a closed eye smile.
Naruto started inspecting me as he went around in circles, his eyes closed and his finger on his chin. "Kakashi-sensei, I approve! You really got a catch, sensei!" He patted Kakashi's back shoulder as he stood on his tippy toes.
"I-It's not like that!" Kakashi and I exclaimed as we looked away from each other.
"Really? Then why'd she go to your house after we left Ichiraku ramen, huh?" Sasuke asked skeptically. "You guys totally did it."
"N-No, we didn't!" I huffed angrily. "Your sensei is just so nice that he gave me a place to stay since I just got here." I looked at Sasuke and slowly came up to him with my death stare. I punched his head and he yelped in pain.
"Okay, okay! Stop hitting me, lady!"
"Start training, it seems like all of you need to burn out some energy, damn." I stated as looked at Kakashi, he nodded in agreement.
"Alright, today is very important for all of you. You'll be learning some Taijustu so listen very carefully." Kakashi paused as he looked at me. "Naruto, Sasuke, get ready to fight. Sakura, go to Y/N, you two will be paired up."
I glared at Kakashi and he gave me what looked like a closed eye smile and a shrug.
"Kakashi, I don't know how to fight. What if I hurt her because of that?!" I asked, panicking.
"Just try it, I'm sure you have instincts. Use them." He replied casually as he took a book out and began reading.
"Fine." I looked towards Sakura and gave her a thumbs up.
"Here I go!" Sakura began running up to me, she landed punches left and right, but I dodged them all.
I came up behind her and she was still punching air because she had her eyes closed tight. "If you're going to come at me, come at me as if you want to kill me." I whispered in her ear as I kicked her back.
She got up after hitting the ground and charged at me again, but still without purpose, without the want to kill me.
I grabbed both her punches and looked her dead in the eyes with a smirk. I was about to hit a sore spot, which I felt familiar about. "I want Sasuke for myself, what can you do? With those little arms you can't do shit, little girl."
I pushed her away roughly, getting into a stance that meant I was taking this more seriously. "Damn you! Sasuke's my'n!" She threw three kunai knifes at me and I grabbed them all between my fingers.
I threw them back at her and they hit a tree. "We're practicing Taijustu, sweetheart, not throwing. Even if we were, you still can't do shit to me, let's face it."
She looked at me with widened eyes, I could hear her panting lots of feet away.
"Sakura, right now you're useless. Come at me with the intent to kill me, dammit! What if I were to kill your teammates? What if I killed Sasuke? You're useless, you can't do shit. You act like a hotshot but really you're just a stupid little girl! Try to kill me, come at me!" I screamed at her, my adrenaline pumping through each vein in my body.
"I hate you!" Sakura ran at me so quickly, she swung without thinking, each of her punches connected with my body. She kept punching me, harder and harder with the air as her ally.
"That's right, keep punching. Follow your instincts, feel the adrenaline." I choked out before she realized and stopped. I fell onto a knee.
"I'm so sorry! Are you okay?" She looked at me with shocked face and I smirked.
I effortlessly punched her up into the air and roundhouse kicked her as she came down. She hit a tree and coughed up blood.
"You let your guard down, Sakura. Never, ever let your guard down in front of an enemy." I straightened out my shirt and looked to our audience with a puzzled expression.
Sasuke and Naruto didn't have a scratch, they didn't even start their match! Kakashi just looked at me with a widened eye after I found his book open on the floor.
"Whoops!" I laughed nervously as I scratched the back of my head.
