Lin's P.O.V

As soon I rapped the song to [Y/N], I called Tommy right after, and he told me to keep writing, so since then, I had been writing non-stop. While I was writing on the couch in the hotel living room, [Y/N] came in, sat down on the couch, and placed a kiss onto my shoulder before she laid her head down in my lap. I looked down at her and lightly kissed the top of her forehead.

"Lin?"

"Yeah?"

"Can we go do something?"

"Sure! Like what?"

"I dunno, maybe we can go to the beach? I mean, we haven't really done much since we got here."

"Can we go in a couple of hours? I need to finish writing this."

"Lin, Hamilton will be here when you get back, just come to the beach with me now, pleaseeeeeeee!"

"[Y/N], I can't."

"Why?"

"Because I have to finish this!"

I replied, frustration beginning to overtake me.

"Okay, why are you getting mad?!"

"I'm not getting mad!"

"Then why are you yelling?"

"Because I have to finish writing this shit!"

"Alright, I don't know why you're yelling at me, but you need to calm the fuck down, cause all I want to do is spend some time with you without worrying about you wanting to lock yourself in here all the time."

[Y/N] yelled back at me as she lifted her head up from my lap. Her voice was growing with anger, and I closed my notebook, fully facing her.

"I haven't locked myself in here!"

"Yes you have! I know I told you to write, but I didn't mean for it to take up our entire vacation!"

"Okay then what else am I supposed to do?!"

"How about you try spending some time with me? Or at least try talking to me!"

"Alright, I'm talking to you, so now what?!"

[Y/N] groaned, then stood up from the couch, standing near the door. I stood up as well, and I stood in front of her.

"Let's go do something!"

"What is there to do, [Y/N]?!"

"I don't know! We'll find something!"

"You don't even know what you want to do! So what's the whole point in suggesting we do something anyways?!"

"Maybe it's cause I just want to spend time with you, and I don't care what we do as long as we're together."

"Well, we're together here, so let's just stay here!"

"Oh my God, Lin! You're missing the whole fucking point! I want to go out and do something WITH YOU! I DON'T want to just sit here and do nothing but watch T.V.!"

"If you wanna go do something so bad, then why don't you just go?!"

"Fine then, I will!"

"Huh, bye!"
