I'm Not Sure About That

Caitlin's POV

I opened my eyes slightly to see light streaming in from in between the tab curtains in my bedroom. I felt extremely hot, and I tried to kick off the blankets but I realized that they were on the floor. I felt a movement beside me and I jumped and saw that it was Barry shifting in his sleep.
Oh God. I thought as the memories of yesterday came flooding into my mind. I sat up carefully and I woke Barry up.
"Sorry!" I said as I flopped back down into the bed.
He smiled and rolled into his side so that he was facing me. "It fine."
"So."
"So."
I smiled at his reply and then grimaced.
"We really did that last night?" I asked.
He nodded.
I noticed that I was in nothing but the baggy t shirt and underwear that I put on last night. He was in nothing but his boxers.
"So, did me...you know...going cold bother you last night? And be honest!" I asked knowing that I must've felt freezing to him.
"No! Remember, you took away my speed. Plus it felt good since we were both starting to sweat." He added with a smile.
I lightly hit him on the shoulder. I smiled to myself too. It honestly could've been worse. I couldve gotten the hair and eyes and everything.
"Okay, but we need to get some actual clothes on. I promised Harry that we would check in at STAR Labs today at 10." I said as I sat up once more and pulled Barry up with me.
He looked at me like I was crazy.
"What?" I asked.
"It's 2:17." he said.
My eyes widened.
"Okay! Then we better hurry!!!" I said as I ran to the bathroom.
I looked in the mirror and gasped in horror.
Barry ran in and said, "What's wrong?"
I pointed at myself in the mirror.
My hair was as white as fresh snow. And my eyes and lips were now an icy blue.
Barry's eyes widened. He gasped as he looked away from the mirror and looked at the back of my hair. He took a strand and started rubbing it with his fingers as if the color was simply flour that could be taken out.
But it couldn't.
"Argh! How am I supposed to go to STAR Labs today if I look like this? Then they will know for sure that something happened." I said as I ran my fingers through my pure white hair.
Barry shrugged but then his eyes suddenly widened as he said, "Well, can't we tell them about...us?"
I looked at him with a funny look and then said, "You really think so? What if they think it will affect crime fighting? Do you really think that's a good idea, because I'm not so sure about that."
Barry nodded and then pulled me in for a hug.
"Who cares what they think? As long as you're happy, I'm happy." He said into my hair.
"Okay, fine. But we better hurry." I said as I pulled away and tossed him a comb and hair gel, "We both have a lot of work before we can go out in public!"
I saw Barry smile as I turned around to brush my teeth. Despite my cold personality, I felt warm inside.
