BTW

THE TIME LINES WILL BE SUPER CRAZY WEIRD, SO IRL (in real life) HOLIDAYS WILL BE ON THE IRL DAY.

Barry's POV

Caitlin had fallen asleep strangling me in a hug. She still looked worried, even while sleeping. I wish I could make time speed up for her so that she didn't have to go through all 9 months of her pregnancy, but even with my normal super speed, I couldn't.

(About 4 months later)

"Barry!" Caitlin called.

"Yeah?" I asked as I walked into our room.

"Is this dress too tight?" she asked, motioning to her very noticeable bump.

I chuckled and said, "Yes, but I think it's adorable."

She huffed and turned back to the closet as I walked up behind her and kissed her cheek.

"I don't have anything looser to wear, and I have to leave for my interview in 3 minutes." she whined.

"You look fine, and I promise that later we'll go shopping for some new clothes." I said as I wrapped my arms around her until my hands could reach her stomach.

"What if people look at me weird?" she asked.

I playfully rolled my eyes at her and replied, "Every day you think of something new and crazy to worry about. And, like always, I'll tell you not to worry about it."

"This is why I love you." Caitlin said.

"I love you too, but you need to go." I said as I nudged her out the door.

(At Caitlin's job interview)

Caitlin's POV

I walked into a small conference room with a table and two chairs. The chair furthest from the door was occupied by a platinum-blonde lady in a suit.

"You must be Dr. Caitlin Snow, right?" she asked in a vaugly familiar voice.

I nodded, too nervous to speak.

"Here, have a seat." she paused while I obeyed, then continued, "Welcome to Central City University. What position did you apply for again?"

"I had applied for the chemistry position." I replied.

"That's right! How could I forget?  I had actually looked at your resumé earlier, and I think that you'd be a perfect fit! I've been head of the science department for years now, and I've neget seen anyone with so much experience and so young!" she gushed.

"Thank you. I was actually really nervous about this today, since I've never really taught anyone before." I sighed, finally able to drop the formality.

"Well, you shouldn't be, because I'm ready to give you the position right now! That is, if tou agree." she said, her grin growing.

My mouth fell open in shock. "Really?" she nodded, and I continued, "Ok, well, I'd love to take the job, but I need to know how many days you're allowed to take off per year, because I'm expecting a baby in about six months."

She squealed, "Really? Because we have a special policy for new moms, so you'd get a three month maternity leave."

"Oh?" I asked.

"Yeah, that's what is science needs do," she playfully whispered.

I laughed and said, "Well, in that case, I'll have no other choice but to agree."

"Fantastic! I just need your signature, and it'll be a deal. And as a reminder, you'll have a month and a half to move into your room, but you can start earlier than that if you like. Also, you'll get monthly paychecks on the first weekend of each month."

I signed the papers and we shook hands.

Things were starting to look up for me.

I hope you guys liked it, even though it's total bullcrap. Sorry, but I wanted to post today, and I didn't have any other ideas.
