Cait?

Barry's POV

I heard the scream and my eyes whipped open. I saw 5 large looking guys standind in the doorway. They each held a shotgun. One of then had been fired.

I suddenly felt rough hands grab my neck as something was injected into my lower back. The hands let go and I tried to run away, but I couldn't. My powers and use of my legs were both gone.

Before the darkness settled in I saw Caitlin laying on the ground near me. She was coughing up blood.

That's the last thing I remembered before I passed out.

(TIME SKIP)

Barry's POV (still...)

The first thing I noticed when I regained consciousness was that it was really cold.

The second thing I noticed was that there was soneone else with me. I sat up but immediatly regretted it when I felt my head pound and a wave of nausea come over me. I laid back down and shut my eyes be for I tried to get up again.

Once I sat up, I felt sick. And it wasn't the nausea conming from my head. It was what I was looking at.

Caitlin was laying on the ground in her black dress. I nuged her mid section and I let out a sigh as I felt Caitlin shift next to my legs. I looked down and saw that she was awake and atrempting to sit up. She trembled and I immediately grabbed her upper arm as I tried to help her up.

Caitlin's POV

As I tried to sit up I trembled as I felt a wave of intense pain rush through my arm. Barry grabbed into my arm and tried to help steady me, but I yelped slightly as a fresh wave of white-hot pain envelopes the rest of my arm.

Barry immediately gasped and crawled back with his hands up as he said, "What?"

I could feel the hot tears leaking from the corners of my eyes as I said in a hoarse and strained voice, "I don't know. My arm really hurts."

"Okay, can I roll up your sleeve to check?" Barry asked edging towards me as if his very presence would cause me pain.

I nodded slightly and Barry closed the remaining space between us. As he rolled up the sleeve of my dress we both noticed a red stain down my arm from my shoulder.

We both looked into eack other's eyes and then back down to my arm.

Barry finished rolling up my sleeve to reveal a patch of deep red ice. I brushed it lightly with my fingers and I noticed something under the ice that resembled a-

"Bullet." I said as I looked up into Barry's eyes once more.

His eyes widened and I noticed something behind him. I started to panic.

"Look out!" I screamed as I wrapped my uninjured arm around Barry protectivly.

When I looked up I saw a dome shape over Barry and I made of ice.

Barry pulled back and said, "Well, I guess we both have things to learn about ourselves."

I chuckled as I made the ice disappear.

(BTW I am giving Caitlin some different powers. Of you dont like it, suck it up butter cup. ( :  )
In the doorway was a man holding a small handgun.

He turned his head slightly and yelled, "She's got some, too!"

I craned my head over to see who he was talking to. But it was a futile attempt because the man was so burly. Soon Barry and I saw the shihouette of a man. Once he came close enough for the bright light to reach him I gasped.

"Eiling." Barry growled.

I hadn't ever heard Barry talk with so much pure hate in his voice. The only time I heard him talk like this was to Savitar.

Eiling grinned-a sight to make any one cringe- and said, "Yes that is my name."

"What the hell do you want with us you son of a-" I said as I was interrupted by Eiling saying, "No, no, no Ms. Snow."

He looked from Barry to me and back again before continuing. "It isn't want I want with you, perhaps, but what I want with something you have."

I looked at Barry but he seemed almost as confused as I was.

"Wait, so what is it that we have that you want?" Barry asked as he moved closer and wrapped a protective arm around my waist.

Eiling walked further into the room as he said, "Well, it's different for both of you. Barry here, well, I want his speed. And you, Cait, I want your uh- icy powers."

"Do not call me that." I growled.

Eiling threw up his hands in fake surrender.

"And also, how do you plan on getting our powers? It's not like we're willingly volunteering." Barry added.

At this, Ruling let out a horrible, rumbling laugh. "No, no. You see, I knew you two wouldn't volunteer. That's why I had to capture you two. And that is also what my friend here is for. Barry, Caitlin. Meet the one and only Dr. Dipole."

A small man wearing a long white lab coat walked into out room.

He walked up next to General Eiling and said, "Cuff them."

Six men, each equipped with heavy armor and a gun, ran in. Two had a pair of thick hand cuffs.

Then they started to come towards us.
