Chapter 5

"Thank you so fucking much Boston Warped! Signing at the BVB tent at five! See you then!" Andy yells and waves to the crowd as the band heads off stage. I get a tap on my shoulder.

"Come on mermaid, let's go." Johnnie whispers in my ear and takes my arm. I walk with him with the energy of the crowd and music still flowing through me. We walk through the now calming crowd and we squeeze our way through to the barrier. He shows the security guard and points to me and Johnnie shows for me to climb over. He leaps over and helps me do the same. As I get over, he takes my hand and leads the way. I'm slightly taken aback that he's holding my hand.

Dude, it's whatever. Chill the fuck out.

He leads me to the back of the stage where Bryan is already talking with Andy and CC and Ashley stand behind him chatting quietly.

"Hey look who it is!" CC says, smiling at me and he looks down at our intertwined hands.

"Are you two together?" He points. I let go of Johnnie's hand.

"Nah, just friends." Johnnie says. CC gives him a look.

"I've got condom's if you need them." Ashley whispers loudly.

"Got extra lube too and a dildo?" I ask, smirking. Johnnie blushes but Ashley and I laugh.

"Yes! Someone who has some sexual humor!" Ashley high fives me.

"Oh, who's this?" Andy asks.

"I'm Ariel." Out of habit, I shove my hand out to shake hands. He just stares at me. He takes my hand, shakes it, and then gives me a hug. I have a weird look on my face because Bryan laughs with his camera at me. I awkwardly hug back and let go.

"What?" Andy asks Bryan with a smile.

"Her face man." Bryan breathes, his face red.

"You weirded her out dude." CC chuckles.

"How?" Andy asks me with a puzzled look.

"You see, normally strangers shake hands, not hug." I say. He laughs.

"I guess..."

"Alright, well we're going to start this interview. Johnnie, if you want, take Ariel with you to the merch tent." Bryan says.

"Nah dude, keep Ariel and Johnnie here. Actually, let's have Ariel in our interview. She'll make it even better." Andy says. I shrug. Johnnie smiles and stands next to the guy filming.

"Hey you guys, this is interview number eight with Black Veil Brides. Here with me is Andy, Ashley, and CC along with a friend is Ariel." Bryan says into his small microphone, holding a paper of questions.

"Hello, Internet." Andy says. Ashely and CC mutter hi.

"Supples." I say.

"Supples? I believe it's supper." Andy says.

"Supper is dinner right? It's literally three in the afternoon, Andy. So no." I say. He smiles.

"Well it's getting close to dinner." Bryan says.

"I'd actually love to get through all of these questions." CC says, making us all laugh since we all know that wouldn't happen.

A good hour and a half goes by before the interview is done.

"Thanks so much for doing the interview." Bryan says to the guys.

"The pleasure is all ours. It's fun doing this shit with you." Andy says. I put in my headphones and play Youth And Whiskey by Black Veil Brides.

"These angels who carry me they tell me Youth And Whiskey."

"What are you listening to?" Johnnie asks me as I'm about to put in my second earbud.

"Youth and whiskey." I say.

"Nice...Can I listen?" I nod and hand him the earbud. He puts it in smiles before mouthing the lyrics. I grin and chime in with him. We go back and forth before the song finishes and we smile.

"You two are cute." Andy winks at us. I glare at him.

"Shut the fuck up and go buy me a burger." I say.

"Yes, madam." He closes his eyes, makes his mouth like a turtle's and curtsies with an invisible skirt before trotting off. I cannot contain my laughter.

"The best part out of this is I get a free burger." I say. All the guys laugh as Andy gets in line to get me food. Tons of fans bombard him but he ignores them, pays for my food, and walks to me as security fights off fangirls.

"All this for a burger? You owe me." He growls.
