Johnnie's Point Of View
As her beautiful long blue hair vanished out of sight, so did my mood to do anything. Being with her felt like being in heaven. The world didn't matter. She cracked the funniest jokes and was the cutest person I'd ever met. I'd only known her for a couple hours but I feel like I've known her forever. The worst part of it all, is I've fallen for her hard and she doesn't seem to like me like that.
"Johnnie? You going to help out?" Bryan's question snaps me from my thoughts.
"Yeah, sorry." I say, starting to pack up the t-shirt boxes with tape and handing them to the guy loading the trailer.
"So crazy guy, when you asking out your girl?" Bryan laughs.
"Not for a while. If even ever. This is the first day I met her Bryan, I'm not going to go fuck up things. I want to be friends for now until I get to know her better." I say. Bryan frowns a little but Damon comes over and wipes the frown off his face.
"I found Oreos on the bus dude." Damon's eyes are so wide with excitement. I barely manage to contain my laughter.
"Bye guys." I wave to them as they bolt to the bus, leaving me to gather my thoughts. I needed to see Ariel again.
