TWENTY/20/VIENTE- TWO HYBRIDS

Phoenix
Me and Brennen were sat in teh dungeon. We'd shut the door and Clarissa had made the barrier separating us.

"He's here" I said as I opened my eyes.

There was thuds from upstairs of what sounded like bodies falling to the floor. Then footsteps coming down the stairs. Me and Brennen sat near to each other. He held out his hand as I intertwined my fingers with his.

"How. Very. Touching. Two hybrids holding hands to show unity. I'll have to stop that now" Blade said as he turned his hands palms facing the roof.

There was a horrid noise that rang in my ears. Me and Brennen both put our hands on our heads. Blade used his power to bring down the barrier. I pulled my hands away from my head and did the opposite thing to Blade and tried to bring it back up. He was stronger than me. Vervain was still in my system. That pissed me and Brennen off. I stood up as he walked into the cage with us.

"I have to give it to you Blade, you do have some balls stepping into a cage with two hybrids" I said as Brennen stood.

"You realise we can't die and you can" Brennen said folding his arms.

"Meh, I'll take my chances" Blade said smiling.

Brennen ran at him and punched him. Blade weakened him. I ran to blade and bit his neck. He fell to the floor and I ran by him. Everyone was upstairs ok. I smiled as I looked at Colby.

"Phoenix behind you" Charlie shouted from upstairs.

I turned around and caught the knife Blade had thrown at me.

"Still playing with knifes. Did daddy ever tell you not to do that? Oh no wait. He couldn't" I said smiling.

"Yeh cos you killed him" he yelled using the death spell on me.

I used a blockade spell against him. There was a purple ball of energy created from the blue and red energy sparking out of me and Blade's hands. Parts of my energy flew to everyone in the castle. Then a massive purple dome formed over us. We tried using our powers but it didn't work. We looked at each other and started fighting. I stood up and growled at him. All of a sudden, something came over me. I saw my mum and dad, the dead ones. They were with me. I opened my eyes.

I watched from outside the dome as Phoenix blacked out for 2 seconds before opening her eyes. They were bright pink. She held her arms up as the lights flickered from the outside. They started to spark as we all ducked for cover. The purple dome was destroyed and Phoenix was stood there over the body of Blade. She went faint but I caught her.

"What was that?" I asked as she looked at me.

"I don't know. But I know he's still alive" she said.

"Sam, Corey, tie Blade up with wolfspane in his system. Bring Brennen upstairs" I said as I picked up Phoenix up and took her upstairs.

I laid her on the bed and then saw Charlie and Tati with the same purple dome over them. Their eyes the same pink. They snapped out of it and looked at me.

"Is it done?" Tati asked looking at me.

"Is what done?" I asked confused.

"Is Blade weakened?" Charlie asked standing.

"Yes he's in the basement" I said as they walked to Phoenix.

Tati chanted something.

"What's she doing?" I asked as Charlie pushed me out the room.

"Giving her some of our energy" he said as he slammed the door.

Tati and Charlie are witches too. It's a world gone crazy.
