Me, Brennen, Niklaus, and Hayley were all up late because we were trying to figure out why the power of us being back together didn't work.
"There's nothing else we can do Klaus. It's over ok?" Hayley said, sitting down next to me.
"I could try to ask the ancestors for some answers" I said, lighting the candles with my mind.
"What do you need?" Brennen asked, putting a hand on my shoulder.
"I don't need anything. Just stay quiet" I said, closing my eyes.

I felt something behind me. I was in another world. It was cold. I was in the parlour, but there was no one. It was desolate. I saw my adoptive mother. I ran to her but I couldn't hug her.
"Mother, why can I not reach you?" I asked, looking at her.
"The ancestors would be angry. Look, I have the answer. You need only ask" she said, smiling.
"Mother please. Tell me, how do the hybrids kill Jackson and his clan?" I asked, looking at her.
"You have 2 men, 3 women, you need 6 hybrids, 3 men, 3 women, there are no other hybrids alive, therefore, either you, or Hayley need to reproduce with either, Klaus or Brennen. Choose wisely. Do not hurt those close. Because I promise you it will be a burden. However, the sex must be natural and not planned. It will not be correct if not natural" she said, as I opened my eyes again and I was back in the parlour.
I gasped as Brennen ran over to me.
"Phoenix, what did they say?" Brennen asked, holding me.
"Me or Hayley, need to have sex with either you or Niklaus" I said, looking at him.
"No" Hayley being persistent.
"I'll do it. Hayley's been through birth once, and died. So I won't let her do it. And Brennen has a girlfriend. So Niklaus. Looks like we need to have sex" I said, confidently.
"Ok then" Niklaus said, smirking.
"But if we are going to do this Niklaus. I need to get to know you. Need to know you will protect our son. I can use magic to make the child male, or it can be natural. Either way will shall have a boy. Need to know you will protect me" I said walking to him.
"I assure you I will make it my duty to protect you both. I have protected Hope so far, even though she has the strength to protect herself. So I believe her half brother will be protected the same" he said taking a hold of my hand.
"The sex has to be natural. Not planned. Because it will not work if not" I said looking at him.
"Of course" he said smiling.
"I'm gonna go check on Hope" Hayley said standing up.
"I'm gonna go find Kyra and the others. Tell them what's going on" Brennen said standing up too.
"Brennen, can you please leave Colby to me and the Mikaelson's to Niklaus. They need to hear it from us" I suggested.
"Of course" he said leaving.
I ran smiled at Niklaus and ran off to find Colby. He was writing in his journal in his room when I found him.
"Hey Colby, can I talk to you for a moment?" I asked knocking.
"Of course. What is it?" He asked spinning around on his desk chair.
"So I contacted the spirits on a solution of how to kill Jackson and his clan. They gave me one" I said sitting down on the bed.
"What is it?" He asked sitting down next to me.
"We need one more hybrid. A boy. But in order for that to happen, two hybrids must mate. Brennen is with Kyra, Hayley and Elijah are an item I believe and she has been through birth once, Hope's out of the question, therefore that leaves me and Niklaus" I said gripping the bedsheets.
"No. There has to be another way. Klaus can't be trusted. He'll hurt you. I wouldn't be able to live with myself if he did" Colby said holding my hand.
"Colby. I believe he won't. I have seen the way he is with Hope. He's a great guy. He's got a dick personality and reputation but being a father has changed him" I said looking at him.
He left the room and I followed him. He had Niklaus pinned against a wall. I jumped off the side and landed.
"Colby leave him please" I said looking at them.
"If you hurt her Klaus, I swear to god I will kill you" Colby said angrily.
"And how do you intend to do that? I am a hybrid. I cannot die" Niklaus said laughing.
"Just don't hurt her. I cannot live without her" Colby said running off.
Niklaus looked at me annoyed.
"He's overprotective. You're overprotective" I said walking away.
