Four Months Later..
"Tikki, what do I do?" A recognizable bluenette queried her kwami in a panicked manner, feeling droplets of sweat stream down her face with each passing second.
"Marinette, I don't know anything about how giving birth to a baby works! Get your parents, I'm sure they'll know what to do," Tikki suggested to her Miraculous holder. The secret superheroine responded with a miniscule nod of acknowledgement, calling downstairs, "Maman!" Tikki swiftly flew into one of Marinette's jacket pockets and Marinette's mother entered through the trapdoor into her daughter's bedroom.
"Yes, darling?" Her mother replied and during that moment, Marinette felt an abrupt rush of pain, wincing as she grasped her stomach.
"I-I think I'm going into labor and," she temporarily paused, glancing at her mother with uncertainty. "I-I also discovered who Chat Noir was, but don't tell anyone his identity. Can you keep that promise?" Marinette leaned forward, clutching her stomach in response to the pain. Her mother nodded, assisting her daughter's descent.
"Don't worry, it's not like we contact many friends these days."

The former model laid back on his bed and sighed, scrolling posts on a social media platform. While Adrien did this, Plagg sat on his shoulder, munching on his camembert.
"Oh my stars, Plagg— that smells awful!" The blond haired boy gagged, Plagg responding with a shrug that was followed with a smirk. His phone suddenly rang, the specialized ringtone indicating it was from his fiancée.
Adrien answered the phone and replied with a gentle tone, asking, "Hello?"
"Listen carefully," Marinette's mother, Sabine, was on the opposite end, beginning their conversation in a solemn tone. "I know you're the father. Don't worry about it though, you remain as our favorite cinnamon roll." Adrien chuckled softly and Sabine chuckled as well.
"Sorry. Anyways, Marinette is in labor at the moment. Please report to the hospital," the shorter bluenette sent him her location, providing him with the hospital's address. After that concluding sentence, she hung up. Adrien ripped off the blankets that covered him, knocking Plagg off his shoulder. "Plagg, transform me!"
After his transformation process, he leapt through one of his bedroom windows and it didn't take him too long to arrive at Marinette's position. After Chat navigated around Paris, he finally arrived and once he reached a concealed entrance, he murmured under his breath, "Plagg, detransform me."
Plagg flew into Adrien's jacket pocket and the secret superhero rushed into the hospital's main entrance. He approached one of the nurses, hiding his frantic emotions to the best of his abilities. "Ma'am," he tried to stay relaxed as he spoke to the medical professional. "Do you know which room patient Marinette Dupain-Cheng is in?"
She locked eye contact with him, giving him a suspicious stare for a couple of seconds before reluctantly glancing at her clipboard. "It appears that she's in room five hundred and seven, it's on the fifth floor."
Adrien nodded, aspiring to relay his gratitude to the somewhat helpful woman, rushing onto the elevator. His hand violently shook with nervousness as his jade eyes scanned the variety of buttons, but he eventually found the correct one.
The elevator announced, "floor five," and that was Adrien's queue, so he broke into a sprint once the double doors revealed floor five's lobby area. In a heartbeat, room five hundred and seven flashed before his eyes and he busted into Marinette's hospital room without any hesitation.
"You're the father?" The doctor must've recognized the Agreste son, as he issued him with a surprised gaze. In reply, Adrien quietly nodded, anxiously eyeing his future wife and their newborn child.
"Well, congratulations. You have a baby girl." The doctor wrote something down on her clipboard, but Adrien couldn't decipher her writing. "I'll let you two have some time alone before we clean her." She exited the room, giving the couple privacy.
Marinette and Adrien turned to face one another, their eyes sparkling with exhilaration.
