Practice was over, I clicked my phone on and I had a text message from Tanner. "I'm in parking lot." I look over at the parking lot and there he sat in a dark Mercedes. I walk over towards him and get in the car. He asked how practice was and if he could come watch our game tomorrow. I told him yeah.
He asked me what I wanted to do, I say go eat. We go to Olive Garden and I order my usual, Chicken Alfredo. He just looks at me and smiles. "What?" I ask. "Nothing." He says while smiling. "Something's up, what is it?" I ask. "You're just beautiful." he says. My heart stopped. I didn't know what to say. "Thank You." I reply.
The waiter brought out our food. He looks so cute. He just keeps smiling at me, so I smile back. He reaches his hand out to me and I put my hand in his. He kisses my hand, he's so polite and sweet. It feel's like I've known him forever. After we get finished eating, we pay for our food and head back to his car. He asks if he could hold my hand, I put my hand in his as we drive off.
The next morning, I wake up to a text message from Tanner, " Good Morning, beautiful, can I pick you up for school?" I message him back, "yes you may." I can't believe I'm falling in love with him. He's so handsome and caring.
He arrives at my house and we head to school. He holds my hand as we walk to class together. Everyone starts staring at us, but I don't care, I'm happy. I haven't been this happy in a very long time. I'm so glad he moved here. Class started, but I couldn't stop staring at him, he was just so beautiful.
