We get released from the hospital and make our way home. I still couldn't believe that I lost Braxton and Aiden. My heart was completely shattered into pieces. The loss of a baby has an impact on everything in a mother's life. I had a new feeling, a sad one. I was suffering from postpartum depression. I didn't go through this with Elena, but with Braxton and Aiden I am.

Tanner made me breakfast the next morning. He asked if I was doing okay. I told him, "yeah, I'm fine." He looked at me and sat down next to me. "Listen Allison, I know you're not fine, you just lost two babies, you don't have to be fine." I started to cry, he held me in his hands and said, "I love you, I'll never let you go. We will get through this." I was blessed with such an amazing husband. I wouldn't trade him for the world.

We ended up taking another vacation back to Gulf Shores to visit Tanner's family. They were so happy to see their grandchild. Tanner's sister decided to take me into her room to talk. "How are you dealing with all of this?" she asked. "I'm not too good, but I have Tanner by my side when things go wrong and I'm very grateful for him." I reply. We ended up talking and she told me something that was very shocking. "I'm pregnant and my boyfriend doesn't want it, but I do." Hayley was just shy of nineteen. Her birthday was coming up in December. She didn't want to tell her family because she is scared that they won't be supportive for her. I was her closest family and friend. I asked if she knew what she wanted to do after high school. She had told me that she really wanted to go to college. So I planned it out.

What if you decided to go to a college near me and Tanner? You could stay with us and still go to college. On days that you have school, I could watch your baby and mine. And if I need to run errands you watch your baby and your niece. She thought about it and the look on her face told me what she was thinking. She agreed. We talked about it more and answered any questions she had and wanted to ask me. I made her feel safe that she could talk about these topics with me because I have been through it all.

We ended up having dinner with the whole family. Me and Hayley needed to break the news that she was going to be moving in with me and Tanner to keep this whole thing on the low for a few. I decided to make a dessert to make the conversation go a little more smoother. "Hey y'all, Hayley and I have some news to tell y'all." Everyone became quiet. "Hayley has decided that she wants to go to college and the college she wants to go to is very close to me and Tanner, so I have decided that Hayley will be moving in with me and Tanner, so she will have a place to stay while she is taking her classes." Hayley looked at me and smiled. Tanner looked confused and mad at the same time. I should have asked him first, but I was in a tough decision that needed to be made quickly. Once I broke the news, Tanner's parents looked at me with a stare that made my bones ache. "Um, why didn't you talk to us first, Hayley?" Hayley looked at me. I could tell she didn't know what to say. So I spoke for her. "Hayley had told me that she wanted to go to the college that was very close to us, so I offered her a place to stay, we were going to discuss it earlier with all of you, but we thought that it would be easier to wait and have the whole family together to let everyone know." They looked at each other with confusion and then they sighed. "We love that you want to go to college, Hayley. We want the best for you. Are you sure you want to move away from home and go to a college out of state? Away from us?" She looked at me and then back to them. "I am sure, plus this will give me more time to spend with my favorite sister and my niece. I can always help them out with babysitting and chores on the days where I'm not studying" Her parents looked at me with a smile. "Alright, I guess you can go." Hayley almost cried happy tears while she hugged me. She whispered in my ear, "thank you."

Tanner got up from the table and I followed him. I met him in our room. He was standing there with his hand's ontop of his head, breathing out loudly. Pacing back and forth. "We need to talk.." I felt my heart drop..
