You quickly rushed next to him, holding your breath as he suddenly sat upright, eyes blown wide in fever, sweat streaming down his neck in rivulets and he's breathing deep and hard, chest heaving as he swallowed nothing. As he ran his hands through his hair pushing it away from his face and pulled his legs in to cross them, you clambered onto the bed sitting cross legged before him, your knees brushing against his.
You sat before him in silence waiting for him to calm down and as his breathing got steadier and he leaned in front, his forehead against yours and with him so close you could barely see his teary eyes.
"When will this stop?" He sighed whispering, his voice was hardly leaving his throat.
"I don't know." You reached out for his hands and laced your fingers with his. "I ask myself the same thing every time. But I don't know the answer."
"I'm tired of it Y/n. I'm tired of being in so much pain."
"I know." You traced faint circles at the back of his hand. "Me too." You pulled back a little as the sweat that was drenching his forehead began to make yours slick as well. Holding the long sleeves of your nightgown with your fingers, you gently wiped his forehead, hand trailing down his face to his cheek and then neck, stopping there at the sudden sensation of his hands on your waist. You looked at his hooded eyes, which were tracing the edges of your lips before he looked up letting out a soft shaky whisper.
"Can I?"
Say no. Every brain cell, every active muscle, every regular breath was telling you to say no. That this was a big mistake and you shouldn't lead him on like that. You could never give him what he wanted anyway, the two of you were not possible. But your heart couldn't refuse him, not when he looked like he was poisoned and you were the only antidote. Not when he looked like if he had you, he had everything.
And so you gave in. You gave in to the poor advice of the heart you always refused to listen to with a slight nod of the head and you weren't even done before you felt his lips on yours.
You had kissed Taehyung before but it never felt like this. That kiss was soft, gentle, teasing and every way to show a man's want, his desire. But this. This was different. This was deep, desperate, a kiss that was sending you over the edge, a kiss that showed he didn't just want you, he needed you.
Without a second thought, you moved, momentarily breaking the very hungry kiss as you clambered into his lap, dress skidding up your thighs as you locked your legs around his waist and wrapped your arms around his neck. His hands still lingered by your waist as he looked up at you, your face above his with the added height of his legs below you and you don't remember if he moved first or you did, but within seconds the two of you were at it again - lips moving against each other's, tongues clashing shamelessly, hands roaming forming maps of lust, heartbeats speeding and breaths losing.
Taehyung's hands wandered down your waist, his cold skin reaching your thighs as he pushed back the fabric of your night gown, his mouth hot against your ear now as he gently tugged your ear lobe between his teeth and whispered.
"I want to see you."
You shivered as his long fingers played with the edge of your dress, your hands instinctively running through the soft tangles of his hair at the back of his head as you nodded, forgetting for the better or worst, that without this there was nothing left between you two.
"Hands above your head."
As you raised your hands, he gathered the material in his firsts and dragged it up, along the length of your body, hands grazing against your stomach and chest, the cloth obliterating everything before you for a second as he pulled the dress over your head and tossed it aside. When you shook the hair off your face and looked at him, he was staring at the bare skin of your body, your underwear being the only garment on you. As his hungry eyes met yours, they turned playful, smiling a little bit as you avoided his eyes in embarrassment.
