Chapter 1

After the Fourth Shinobi War, Team Hebi / Taka disbanded. Sasuke Uchiha reunited back with his old team, which was team 7 and after a few years, he married with Sakura Haruno. Naruto Uzumaki also married with the beautiful Hyuuga Hinata. Same goes to the others except for Tenten and Shino. Kakashi and Gai also stayed single .

Juugo and Suigetsu still work with Orochimaru as his suboordinate since they had nowhere to go. Suigetsu was not really agreed but accept it anyway.

Karin Uzumaki, she decided to go on her own after the war. After Sasuke and Naruto released them from the cocoon, the only thing in her mind was Sasuke. She worried about him and tried to search him with her sensory abilities. Karin noticed something has changed within Sasuke. His chakra was a little bit warm even if its was not warmer and brighter than Naruto's.

Karin ran towards Sasuke but stopped when she saw team 7 talking together and they seemed so happy. The pink haired girl, Sakura was smiling brightly to Sasuke and Karin noticed she was blushing when Sasuke smiled back.

The smile, the smile that always Karin wished Sasuke to do. He was smiling, but not for Karin. It does not matter he smiled for whom. The only thing that mattered and Karin ever wanted was Sasuke to be happy.

Seeing them together made Karin thought that Sasuke no longer needed team Taka/Hebi. It was sad that Karin could only watched them from far away that Sasuke would never noticed.

"Sasuke..." Karin whispered his name and frowned. She looked around and the shinobi were heading back to Konoha, their home. 'Home...' Karin thought sadly and looking down. She never had an actual home since she was a child until Orochimaru found her but still that was not felt like home and it would never be.

Tes! tes! tes !

A few drop of liquid hit the ground and stone that some of it covered in blood. No, she was not crying but the sky felt like urging her to cry. She looked up at the dark clouds. The rain suddenly getting harder and it hurt her face. There was no use wearing her glasses now so she took it off and hold it.

She helped some of the injured shinobi without any doubt because she suddenly felt like she wanted too. She was a medic nin too so she would not wasted it since she had some chakra left.

The fight with the white Zetsu have took a toll on her body but she thought it was a small matter. Busy healing the injured shinobi, she did not notice that Sasuke stared at her with a hurt and sad expression. He felt bad but suddenly he did not have the courage to face her so he kept quiet and distracted himself with talking to his team.

Karin helped a lot of injured shinobi and could see the thankful expression from them. ' At least I'm not really useless ' Karin thought. She stared at Sasuke one last time. ' Goodbye, Sasuke...I hope that you can feel the real love from people around you, not like me...'

Somehow, hope is power. She found her home.

Karin was 23 years old now. She moved on from everything especially the things from the past which was terrible. She matured a lot. She was more feminine, kind, soft, and stronger.

She lived in the village called Hanagakure. It called Hana because the village filled with many beautiful flowers. That part was Karin like the most. Hanagakure was not included with the five nation and it was in the middle of a forest beside a mountain. Some of the people there were shinobi and was on a Jounin level.

Karin was happy there, really happy. She had friends and most importantly, not lonely.

She met a young boy named Ryuuji Mada. They always spend time together a lot after they met and made a relationship which was more than just a friend.

Flashback

Karin was bored. She needed some cool air and went to the nearby forest. She really enjoyed the view from the branch she was sitting. ' It is a beautiful sunset ' She thought.

Suddenly, she sensed someone nearby and wanted to checked out who it was. She hid behind a big tree when she spotted a young man playin - training Kenjutsu. She does not sure but, she was impressed by his good- looking. He had dark brown spiky hair and sapphire eyes. His jaw looked so manly.

Karin shook her head. She was not a bitch and a fangirl anymore like she did with Sasuke. She knew Sasuke married with Sakura . Actually , she was just expecting since she never went or visit Konoha.

Karin gasped and fell when the katana struck through the tree she was hiding. ' You're dead , Karin ' She thought and bite her lips trying to find a way to escape . She sensed the boy coming closer to where she was hiding. ' Did he saw me ? Did he really saw me !? ' Karin screamed in her mind and was about to ran away when someone hold her left shoulder. 'He's fast '

"Hey!" The boy said and turned her around so that she was facing him. " What are you doing here, reddie ?" He asked but it sounded polite.

'Reddie?' Karin thought . " Err.. emm.. I was just walking around and I saw you." She laughed nervously. She never felt that she could talk this soft.

The boy chuckled making Karin stared at him annoyed. " And then you peek on me , don't you? " He assume and smirk.

"What , no! you-" Karin protested but was cut off.

" By the way, my name is Ryuuji Mada " He said and walked towards his katana. He pulled it from the trees and placed it on his katana's cover.

" I didn't asked for your name .." Karin said but deep inside she was happy. This was Karin no Tsundere, remember?

"Oh but I'm telling you, now what's your name again, Reddie? " He sat down and laid under the tree.

"Stop calling me reddie, you baka!" Karin yelled but then closed her mouth with her fingers." Gomen.." She apologised.

Ryuuji laughed . " That's why I need your name, reddie.." He said staring at her.

Karin huffed. " Karin... Karin Uzumaki" She said . She was not really used to called herself Uzumaki but she did not hide that she was one.

" Oh, nice to meet you, reddie " Ryuuji stood up and started walking away. Karin was ready to throw a stone to his head but stopped. "Anyway ..we could meet up again..here " Ryuuji's back was turned to her but he was looking back and smiled at her.

The wind blew onto Karin's blushing face. After Ryuuji out of her sight she yelled happily and scared the birds that made them flying immediately.
