Chapter 6

Sasuke was still holding Karin beside the river. Waiting for Karin to wake up.

Karin whimpered in Sasuke's hand and blinked a few times trying to figure it all out. A few seconds later, she heard a male voice.

"Karin.." Sasuke stared at her. There's a concerned expression plastered on his face.

There's a long silence.

"Emm..arigatou Sasuke. I don't know you can talk that long" Karin giggled. Talking about what he said in the Genjutsu.

Without her glasses, her eyes getting small when she smiled or laughed.

"Hn. Whatever,baka.." Sasuke said looking away. 'She's so different now..I'm glad she changed even she's near me like now, she didn't act like a fangirl.'

"Well, what are we waiting for" She said and stood up. " Let's continue " She grabbed her bag and cleaned the dirt on her sleeveless lavender dress.

She also wiped the dirt on her knee-length black boots. She could not wear something casual because of her big tummy.

Sasuke had been wondering where all the bite marks went. Karin's skin was flawless.

"Karin, where's the bite marks? Wasn't it permanent ?" Sasuke finally let out his curiosity.

'I knew it, he would ask that..' Karin thought. "Well.." Karin made a handseal. She then make her left hand which had a kanji on her palm along the way to her right hand and it shows something like a second skin covered her original skin. Karin did it reverse to make it flawless again. Then she shrugged.

"How did you do that?" Sasuke asked.

"Emm..actually its some kind of..seal that I learned and tried to used it to cover my skin." Karin explained. She was not bragging having a flawless skin but it would made her more confident if she wanted to go out.

Karin first showed her bite marks to Ryuuji when he was exhausted and losing a lot of chakra after training. She offered him her hand. She cannot take Ryuuji's weak state. Ryuuji surprised seeing so many bite marks in her hand and upper chest. Karin told him her terrible past stories and Ryuuji hugged her. Promised her nobody would do that again to her. He did not bite Karin's hand so he just rest on her lap.

"Karin? Oy Karin?" Sasuke shook her shoulders. 'Another problem..she kept thinking and live in her own world'

"Err..what's the matter? " She asked.

"Focus Karin.. " Sasuke told her.

Karin stood straight.

" Right, we're going to find a village or town to stay and asked the people if they know where's the Kyodaina village is."

"H-hai" Karin nodded. She turning away started to walk.

"Oy! Karin..not that way" Sasuke said flatly.

Karin stopped her pace and hung her head in embarrassment. She bit her lips and slowly went back in front of Sasuke. " Alright..right behind you" Karin said still looking on the ground.

"Give me that bag" Sasuke extended his right hand.

"Why?" Karin looked at him with a baby face expression.
