Chapter 23

Temple.

One of the anbu guide them to go inside the temple. The other three was outside protecting the place forming a triangle barrier.

The place was huge, pretty quiet and hidden. It was surrounded by trees.

Ryuuji was observing the place while walking with Naruto beside him and to his wife's pale face to check on her. Deep inside his heart wanted her to open her red beautiful eyes so that they can return back to their life as those beautiful days. After a while, he sighed.

The coldness of the wall can be felt as they enter the temple. They walk through a long way till they reach another wide room. There were a place covered with white soft fabric which can fit two normal size person. Around it was a few unlit candles.

Naruto who was also first time to come there almost jump out of his place as he saw two elderly, man and woman dressed in traditional white and grey kimono who was sitting right next to each other. Both closing their eyes as if they were sleeping or some kind of meditating. The man was holding a long crosier.

'They didn't even move or greet. This is...creepy.' Naruto closed his eyes for a while and mentally sighed in relief. 'There's no sound at all except for our breaths and footsteps.'

They stopped in front of the elderly who was also guarding the temple.

"Yuu-san! Tabi-san!" Anbu said as he bowed to them. "Lord Sixth has ordered us to send and protect a woman here until she gained her recovery. And may also need your help."  The anbu reported polite and firm.

The elderly opened their old eyes. The woman called Yuu-san lift her head up a bit. Her gaze is at the woman lying unconcious in Ryuuji's hand.

"She was an Uzumaki." She said as she observe Karin. "What's her name?" Her voice was sound very old but her sense can be at another level.

"Karin Uzumaki." Ryuuji answered.

"Uzumaki." 'Hmm the chakra was familiar.' You can lay her down there." She said pointing at the place Naruto saw just now with her eyes.

"Who are you, young man?" The old man one asked them after Ryuuji laid Karin gently and he saw him caressed her silky red hair as he put her head down.

Both Naruto and Ryuuji bowed.

"Uzumaki Naruto...err 'ttebayo" He grinned as he receive the man called Tabi looked directly to him.

"Ryuuji Mada." He said and bowed. He was a bit awkward so he didn't mention about him being Karin's husband.

The old man run his thumb on his rough chin. "Hm, must be something complicated if Lord Sixth send her here." He stated. "The Uzumaki woman chakra also seemed to be very weak and disturbed." He added.

"Its been quite long time though we didn't receive any guest." Yuu said in an excited manner.

With Kakashi and Sasuke.

Both of them were at the Hokage rooftop and spreading their views on the village.

"Aa, so that's whats happened." He said as his former student explained to him. "Karin seemed to be a bit like Kushina." He said as the figure of a woman, the wife of his sensei came to his mind.

Sasuke looked up to the sky. "Hn. She changed so much when I met her." He said. Some of the memories replay inside his mind.

"You're right, I saw it too." Kakashi agreed. He never been meeting Karin that much but he knew as time passed, people would change. "Anyway, how's Sakura doing?" Sasuke's wife suddenly popped out from his thoughts. He assumed that maybe he has meet his wife on the way back. "She's been quite busy this time."
