Chapter 3

Willows POV

I heard Hunters car roar into the drive way as I sat on the couch watching some boring show on TV, hell didn't have much to watch.

I think I better make him some lunch or...my thoughts stopped as he flew into the door and headed straight for the office, his door slammed shut so hard I jumped.

''Oh boy...'' I mumbled and sighed as I walked to the office, I knocked on the door

''What Willow?'' he snapped

''Are you okay?'' I asked through the door and with that the door flew open and a very angry Hunter met me

''No I am not fucking okay Willow'' his fits were clenched again ''just go and fucking fly away seeing as you seem to like reclining into your own little world and leaving me to watch from the side lines'' he slammed the door in my face

''I don't know what happened today but you'll be fine my love'' I leaned against the door and sobbed ''we'll be fine''

''Fuck off Willow'' he shouted

''Fine'' I sighed and walked out the glass doors looking towards the mountains

How I wanted to fly up there again and leave this memory behind me. I cannot believe I touched myself to the same man that wants me gone.

My mood switched almost instantly, fine then, I'll go.

I took off and flew towards the mountains again and landed facing the house, in almost the exact spot I sat in the first time.

''Hunter I love you'' I whispered to the wind sent the wind in his direction.

I sighed and walked the mountain and that is when I heard a crack of a stick behind me, I shot around and there was this woman, standing there, blood dripping from her mouth and her hands

''Can I help you?'' I asked her cocking my head to the side

''You aren't meant to be here Earthy'' she laughed ''you belong in a cage''

''I am just going to go okay'' I backed off slowly and with step I took she took one forward

''Not so fast'' she smiled ''how is Hunter?''

I stopped dead in my tracks

''Also treating you like a whore? Also making you wear a collar and tell you that he wants you?'' she laughed again and I noticed her sharp canines, vampire

''or maybe he keeps you as a pet'' she walked up to me and sniffed ''his scent is crawling on your skin'' and then she stopped where my mark is and ripped my shirt slightly and it was in plain view for everyone to see

''My my my, what do we have here?'' she licked the mark ''you're his mate'' she sighed ''good luck''

''Who are you?'' I asked

''Someone who filled the very bed you two fuck in'' she smiled and ran her tongue along her teeth ''he was my lover and my worst enemy''

I sharply inhaled and my heart beat quickened

''I better get going''

''Not so fast Earthy!'' she shouted and within a blink of an eye she was almost face to face with me ''tell Hunter Alexa says hi''

And with that she fled the mountain and left me speechless, Hunter used to whore around?

''Hunter!'' I shouted as I angrily flew back to the house and bashed his office door open, he was sitting on his chair, Alexa in his lap and he looked at me with guilt in his eyes.

''I'm too late'' I sighed

''Yes you are Willow'' she murmured ''the thing with us vampires is that we are really fast''

''I guess that'' I gently smiled through the pain in my heart

''Willow please...'' Hunter begged ''this isn't...''

I interrupted him ''what it looks like?'' I laughed ''well Hunter explain''

My wings flew up blocking the doors entrance and I looked at Alexa who has now left Hunter and walked to the side of the room, my body was heating up, I was angry, I was hurt and I have been lied to

''Willow baby calm down'' Hunter spoke walking slowly towards me, smoke started rising from my body and wings and I looked at Hunter dead in his eyes

''don't baby me'' I said softly

''make that bitch go Hunter'' Alexa shouted ''it's me he wants Willow, leave'' she intercepted Hunter and stood face to face with me ''you'll never win Willow, he likes me better than...'' she traced her fingers under my skirts ''you''

And with that a scream erupted from my mouth that brought them both to their knees and lightening started to strike through the ceiling and a bolt went through Alexa's side. I stopped screaming and fell to my knees

''She's crazy Hunter, I'm leaving'' and Alexa carried herself past me and then something took over me, like a different entity

''Not so fast'' I mumbled and looked at her, my skin still smoking ''I ain't done'' I cocked my head to the side and the snakes from the garden slithered in and wrapped around Alexa's legs, arms and throat, I nodded and they all constricted around her, killing her slowly. Alexa dropped her knees and died, right in front of me.

Then it all went black.
