Life Changing (Denny's P.O.V)

Denny's P.O.V

I had just arrived back from my lad's holiday, it had been a good ten days but I had missed Riley. I was glad to be home as well.

"Mom you home?" I called out

"Living room son." She called back

I headed into say hello to her before I grabbed my shower and a nap before heading to Riley's, going to surprise her cause she is expecting me for a couple of days yet.

"How was your holiday, did you have a good time?" she smiled, coming over to hug me

"Yes I did. Missed Riley though." I said nervously

My mom giggled, shaking her head at me

"I knew you would." She laughed "She will be glad to see you too." My mom added smiling

I looked at her, raising my brow, I had a feeling there was something she was telling me, she seemed a little nervous.

"Everything OK?" I asked

"Yes. You go get a shower and what not, then we can talk." She smiled

I nodded, heading up to my room, dumping my stuff on the floor. I looked up, seeing a figure on my bed, a smile automatically growing on my lips...Riley. What is she doing here? Not like I mind. I made my way over to the bed, climbing next to her, wrapping my arm around her waist, placing gentle kisses on her shoulder and neck

"Denny." She said turning around, a smile appearing on her face when she seen me

"Hello my love. I missed you." I gushed, reaching in kissing her

"I missed you too baby." She said kissing me back

Once we pulled away, she looked at me and something was off. There was a look of worry in her eye which made me panic, made me start thinking the worse. She has come here to break up with me hasn't she?

"Riley what is wrong?" I asked

She reached in, running her fingertips over my cheek. I sighed, my breath hitching in my throat as my eyes closed over, moving into her touch. I heard her take a deep breath and I thought here is comes

"You have come here to end it haven't you?" I panicked

With that she shot up, shaking her head over and over

"What? No? Of course not. Denny why would you think that?" she asked

"Cause something isn't right. You seem worried, something is wrong. What is going on?" I asked, relaxing a little, least she wasn't here to end things.

I was still panicked though cause as I said something wasn't right. She brought her knees to her chest, hugging them, turning to look at me. I could see the tears building in the corner of her eyes. Something was really not right. I reached in, stroking her face. She closed her eyes over, taking a few deep breaths.

"Riley talk to me baby? What is going on? You are worrying me." I replied

Riley went to open her mouth, then closed it again. She sighed, running her hands through her hair, closing her eyes over and counting to three under her breath. After a moment her eyes opened, turning to me

"My parents through me out. Your mom said I can stay here for a while, well if that is OK with you anyway?" she said

Her parents through her out? Why? Yes I know they are assholes but what reason would they have to possibly through her out?
