Amy Reagan: Continued

Chapter 12, Book 1

Josh's P.O.V
How did I end up here, oh yeah, when my girlfriend came and rescued me. She risked her life to save me.

"How did I get here?" I asked

"I made it possible for you to come here" she replied

"What injuries" I asked

"For you or me?" She asked

"Both of us" I replied

"Well, you have a broken leg, and a broken wrist" she explained "I have a bruised rib, sprained knee, a bad cut"

"Will you be okay?" I asked as I tried to sit up but it was too painful

"Yeah, I'll be fine" she replied. "Let's not focus on me, let's focus on you"

I nodded. I knew she would stay with me until I was released from the hospital and it was true.

The doctors saw her out of bed, she was freaking out, Dr. Smith came in and put sedation liquid into her arm. They took her back to her room and replaced the IV and got some other stuff situated for her too.

Amy's P.O.V
I started to wake up a few hours later, I groaned and looked around. I tried getting up but I couldn't. My body was still basically asleep from the sedation

"Thank you doctor" I heard Frank say to Dr. Smith then he walked in

"Amy" Frank said sternly.

"Grandpa, I'm sorry" I responded and coughed a bit

"Let me guess, you had an anxiety attack" he asked. I nodded. He sighed and looked at me.

"Yeah, I did grandpa, I'm so sorry" I replied and he came up and hugged me.

Crystal's P.O.V
I was really not the kind to go on patrol with others that are not my family, but that happens when you have a neice in the hospital. Dad ordered me to ride with a girl named 'Sophie' hmm, I wonder what her last name was, her name thing said 'Reagan' so maybe a different Reagan? No, that couldn't be possible. I can't believe I'm driving with a police explorer.

"So, Sophie, who's your father?" I asked. She just looked at me

"Frank Reagan is my father" she answered the honest answer

"I don't think that's right" I replied

"Its right, ask him yourself at family dinner tonight" she said. I nodded.

Frank's P.O.V
"Did you take your meds today for the anxiety attacks?" I asked

"Yes grandpa I did" Amy replied to me. I nodded and sat by her bed "I need to get up and see Josh"

"Josh is fine, you need to rest, your body is still practically asleep from the sedation" I replied to her.

"So that's why I can't get up" she replied to me as she tried

The sedation started wearing off and she was able to sit up. Moments later she saw her Aunt Crystal and an unfamiliar face. She hid her face with the blankets.

"Dad, we need to talk" Crystal said as she walked in

"I'll be back alright Ames?" I said and kissed the top of her head and followed my daughters out of the room. "What is it?"

"How could you not tell me that I had another sister" she replied

"Sophie is your younger sister, she's in the Police Explores" I replied.

"Amy's family?" Dr. Smith asked

"Yes?" I replied

"I don't know how to say this but we'll have to transfer her to Hawaii for a while, there's a very nice man there that will take care of her, by the name of Steve McGarrett" he said.

My heart sank at those words, not seeing Amy for weeks while she's been transfered to Hawaii, and being taken care of by a complete stranger

"Is there anyway to keep her here?" I asked the doctor

"No sir, if she is to make a full recovery, she needs to be somewhere she can't chase bad people like she can here, so Hawaii is our best bet" he replied. I nodded.

"When does her flight leave" I asked

"Tomorrow morning, she should be in Hawaii by the afternoon" he explained "we have some good officers and some good doctors there, I can assure you that she'll be home in a week to a couple of weeks"

Amy's P.O.V
I wonder what they were talking about, then I heard Hawaii and I saw my grandpa walk back in with a sigh

"Grandpa, what's wrong?" I asked

"You have to transfer to Hawaii for a couple of weeks to get better treatment" he replied

"I don't want to leave" I said with tears forming in my eyes

"I'll miss you Ames, your going to stay with a nice Officer named Steve McGarrett, you'll be okay, you can call every night" he replied.

"No matter the time here?" I asked

"No matter the time here" he replied then he kissed the top of my head "I love you Amy, stay strong for me"

I nodded and reached out and hugged him, I was crying, that's because I didn't want to leave my family
