Akko had a secret. A good, but bad secret. She is cursed. Cursed to be someone that is misunderstood and rejected for the rest of her life.

Now all curses have cures, but for this one, there was no known cure. She had lost all hope, until she found Luna Nova. The home of every single history book in the world.

When Akko arrived, not many people took favor in her, but she eventually got some friends. Everything was fine until the next day. People were saying that there were claw marks around their dorms and stuff destroyed in every area of the school. Even one of the students said, she saw something.

"I-I was j-just co-coming b-back f-fr-from the li-library and t-that's w-when it came." The girl stuttered still frightened by what she had seen at night. "What did it look like?" The principle asked. "A Devil." The girl spoke and everyone gasped.

"Did anything happen after that?!" The news reporter girl asked. "I-It looked like it was angry and scared. It scratched up the halls and broke things. It's roar, sounded like pain. After that it went into the shadows and I never saw it again." The girl said.

Akko had immediately ran back to her dorm and slammed the door shut. She panted heavily and was sweating from head to toe. She knew this would only get worse, so she was determined to find what she needed.

Akko's friends noticed her being stranger than usual, so they began to follow her. She was at the library most of the time. Going from book to book, section to section and so on. Book after book, Akko kept getting angrier. Why couldn't she find what she needed?! She growled lowly and threw the book off of the desk.

She began to pace around and around. That's when her friends decided to appear. "Akko what's been going on with you? Your acting stranger than normal." Amanda said with the rest of the girls nodding their heads. Akko froze in her place. Should she tell them? Or should she lie about it? Akko knew she needed help, so she took a deep breath and told her friends about her curse.

After Akko was done, the group was silent. No one knew what to say. "We'll help you Akko!" Jasminka said. Everyone else smiled and nodded their heads in agreement. They turned to a window and saw the sun almost starting to set. Akko didn't have much time. Constance soon, snapped her fingers and signaled everyone to follow her. They all got up and hurried to the green teams dorm.

Constance led the group down to her lab and signaled Akko to go into a steel cage. Akko nodded and went into the cage. "This probably won't really do anything." Akko said, unsure of Constance's plan. Constance went over to Akko and placed a chain collar on her neck. There was a devils trap on it, so it wouldn't be easy for Akko to escape.

Akko thanked all her friends and jested them away. All of the sudden pain, overcame the girls body and sucked her into a darkness.

Diana had been making sure that everyone was in their dorms, especially because of the so called devil around, Diana had to check twice. She was nearly finished with her second check, until she heard a scream. She ran towards the scream and burst through the green teams door.

"Is everyone alright?!" She asked in shock. "Ugh! Diana I'm trying to get some god damn sleep! Yes, we are fine! Now please leave!" Amanda groaned, putting a pillow over head. Diana was about to leave, until she heard the scream again.

"Ok. What was that?!" Diana demanded. "Nothing, it was Jasminka. She sometimes has nightmares." Amanda said. Diana rolled her eyes and looked over at Constance's bed. She used her magic to reveal the entrance into the lab. She heard another scream and jumped down into the lab, with the green team close behind her.

Diana followed another scream to see someone in a cage. "WHAT WERE YOU GUYS THINKING?! HOLDING SOME GIRL HOSTAGE!??! JUST WAIT UNTIL THE PRINCIPLE HEARS THIS!!!" Diana yelled. She then went over to the cage and unlocked the collar from the girls neck.

And quicker than a second, she found herself face to face with the devil. The devil growled lowly and put Diana in a corner. Diana examined the devil. Long red horns, black wings, a devil tail and sharp teeth, claws and ears. And the eyes, a blood thirsty slit red.

The green team sat in silence, they didn't know what to do. Diana suddenly felt a pull towards the devil. Diana lifted her hand and touched the devils heart. She felt a heartbeat, devils don't have heartbeats. She then realized that it wasn't a monster at all.

She tried to move her other hand, but the devil huffed at Diana and then used it's big wings to fly out of the lab. "Now you have to explain!" Diana exclaimed as she sat the green team down, waiting for an explanation.

Amanda sighed, "That's not a devil. That's Akko." Diana stepped back a little. "Akko is cursed, because of something her family did when there were more bad witches. The curse is passed down from offspring to offspring. Akko is normal by day, but at night, it unleashes a monster. Akko came here to find a cure, but has found nothing. She needed help before her devil side would get worse, so we took her down here and trapped her. We were going to release her in the day. Akko asked us to do this."

Diana first showed a face of confusion then shock. She's heard about that curse before. She had read it in one of her ancestors journals. "I need to get to my dorm." Diana said and casted a transportation spell on herself, sending her to her dorm.

She frantically searched through her things, until she found her ancestors journals. She had read the journals so many times that she knew where to find the curse.

After many attempts, I have found a cure for a family curse, I once came upon years ago. If any of my family comes upon this curse, Do Not Show Them Fear. Do Not Show Them Rejection. Do Not Show Them Hatred. Show Them Bravery. Show Them Acceptance. Show Them Kindness. Show Them LOVE. If so fail to show this, then let mercy be upon us.

Diana finished reading and came up with a plan. The next day, Diana snuck herself down into Constance's lab and waited for Akko to be chained. Once the green team left, Diana went towards Akko.

"Diana? Argh. What are you doing here?" Akko said already feeling the devil inside her come out. Diana didn't say a word, but lifted her hands towards Akko's collar chain. Akko pushed her hands away and moved away from Diana.

"N-No! You don't understand Diana! If you unlock my chains, you release a monster. A monster that is hated and rejected by every single living thing! I don't want to hurt you!" Akko said crying. Diana put her hands and Akko's face and wiped her tears. Diana didn't say anything, but unlocked the chain.

Akko soon began to transform into her full form. Akko growled at Diana and moved closer to her. Diana didn't moved. Akko got closer and closer until their noses were touching. Akko bared her teeth at Diana, looking like she was about to bite her. Diana then immediately hugged the devil and the devil soon froze.

"I don't care that you are cursed. I don't care that you are a monster. I don't care what other people think about you. You are Akko. A good witch and a good monster. You are not alone. You have your friends and your family. You also have me. Please come back to us. Come back to you. Come back to me. I love you, Atsuko Kagari."

Diana soon felt arms hugging her back. Diana pulled away from the hug and looked at Akko, who had a smile on her face. Akko was cured. She was now able to control her transformations and her devil side. "I love you too." Akko said and kissed Diana. Diana was shocked at first, but soon kissed back, melting into Akko's embrace.

Ever since that day, Akko and Diana have been there for each other. And the so called devil that the school had, said to be vanished within a few days. Nobody had heard about the creature ever again. And you might ask yourself, where are those girls now.

Akko knocked on the outside of Diana's balcony window. Diana came out with a  smile on her face. "You ready to go my savior?" Akko asked spreading her wings out. Diana kissed her cheek and responded, "Always my devil." Soon enough the two girls were flying into the night sky, without fear but love.
