"Cas ... Are you serious? " The Hunter looked away from the unknown angel, back to the one he knew. "This", he pointed at the young angel in the wiener hut uniform while he looked at Castiel again. "Is this the best one you could find?" He looked back to Samandriel and shook his head in disbelieve. "I'm sorry, but I can't take you serious in this outfit ..." Now he noticed the little sign on the angel's shirt. "And that your name is Alfie is in combination with this just hilarious." "Excuse me", finally the light haired one spoke a word "but my name is Samandriel and not Alfie." Dean raised an eyebrow. "And you think that makes it better in any way?" "Dean." Castiel raised his voice so he got the attention of both, hunter and angel. "Samandriel might be young, that's true, but he is an adult. He does his work very well and I am pretty sure that he is the right one for this." "Thank you, brother." Castiel nodded and looked back to Dean. "Trust me. He is the right one." The Winchester sighed. "Fine, but if he fails I will get the rights to say that I told you so." He stood up and walked closer to Samandriel, inspecting the young angel a bit. "Do you already know what your job is?" The smaller one shook his head. "I do not." "Okay ... Do you remember the thing with the apocalypse some years ago?" Samandriel nodded. Of course he did. Everything has been chaotic and he thought that it would end in a big war. Luckily nothing like this happened. "Do you know that I was the original vessel of heaven's greatest douchebag?" "He is talking about Michael." Dean rolled his eyes. "Yeah, whatever he is called. Do you know that he brought out dad's other son – that died earlier – back to life and made him say yes?" "I only know that he managed it to find another vessel. I did not know that it was your brother. Until now I didn't even know that there was a third Winchester." "He is not a Winchester." Dean glared at Samandriel and the angel thought for a second that the hunter was angry with him, but the hunter closed his eyes for a second and continued to talk in a normal voice again: "So, he fell in the cage, like heaven's greatest douchebag and the asshole from hell. We haven't heard anything from him in the last year. No sign of life, nothing at all." "Do you want me to get him out of the cage?" Samandriel swallowed. He hoped that this wouldn't be his job. He wasn't powerful enough to do something like that. "No, that's not what we're talking about it." "And what is my job?" "We had to work on a case, last week and went into a small town – I honestly forgot the name of it – and Sam told me that he saw him. I thought he was talking bullshit but later I saw him too. He is not a human anymore – according to Castiel's angel vision – and he will make a lot of trouble. It's your job to find him, make him trust you and bring him back to us. Okay?" "The instructions are clear. Is there anything I need to know?" "Well, he's possibly a very pissed off demon, so better be careful. Oh, and, you will come back in one week, so we can see if something good happened. He should be here as fast as possible." Castiel started to speak again: "Do you have any other questions?" Samandriel shook his head. "I understood everything." "Okay, good luck, brother." "Hurry up, Alfie." "Thank you, Castiel ... And it's Samandriel, not Alfie." After this sentence the young angel disappeared.
Samandriel appeared in a small town, exactly as Dean said. He looked around. It seemed to be a very peaceful place, but he was old enough to know that the first impression was often the wrong one. He stopped himself from looking around and tried to concentrate himself on the mission he had. Okay, Samandriel, you have to search for the third Winchester. Even though Dean said, that he wasn't a Winchester, he called him like that. If he was John Winchester's son he had to be a Winchester, right? The angel shook his head. It's not your job to find out why they don't call him Winchester. It's your job to make him trust you, so you can bring him to my brother and his siblings, so he won't make any problems. He looked around again, trying to find something suspicious or supernatural, but he couldn't spot something unusual. Fine, then I'll use my powers. The light haired angel closed his eyes, to turn on his angel vision. When he opened his eyes again everything seemed normal at first, until he recognized something that looked like a small ray of black smoke. Okay, Dean seemed to be right. Here is something paranormal living and it might be his brother ... The young angel started to follow the ray for some time, until Samandriel stood in front of a house. He looked up. The front of the house was painted in a light color, two floors. It looked pretty normal, but the smoke ended at the door. I have to be at the right place ... The angel hesitated. Should he ring the doorbell? Should he just teleport himself in the house? This could be a bit too dangerous or suspicious ... Samandriel decided that it would be the best idea to walk around the house. Maybe he could find another way to get inside or he could see if the Winchester was at home. Hopefully he was not. He let his angel vision turned on and slowly walked around the house. Samandriel had to admit that the house looked quite nice. The stranger seemed to have a good taste if it came to the choice of his home. Unfortunately he couldn't find another good entrance. The only one he could've used was the backdoor but it was locked. It would be a bit suspicious if he would break into his house, wouldn't it? So he started to walk around the house again, looking through the windows this time. He couldn't see a lot through, them according to the fact that it was already in the evening. He sighed and turned around. Maybe he should try it again tomorrow ...
He looked at the sun that was going down, so he wasn't as concentrated as he should have been so he didn't recognized it when someone behind him opened a window. "Do you want to come in or are you just admiring my home?" When the light haired angel turned around, he stared into two black eyes. Obviously their brother was home. Samandriel made two steps backwards and stared – now concentrated again – in the face of the demon, which had crossed his arms and leaned them against the ledge of the window while he looked out. The young one eyed over the person in front of him. He looked quite young, maybe 23 or 25 years old, he couldn't be older. "Have you lost your voice by looking at me? I'm not sure if this would be a compliment or an insult." Samandriel cleared his throat and started to talk: "No, I haven't lost my voice ..." "Okay, so, do you like the idea of answering my first question?" Only now the angel realized that he hadn't had any excuses to be there. Oh lord, I need an idea ... "I- uh ... Do not want to break in!" "These are good news but that wasn't my question." "I-I'm here ..." He needed an idea. Why could an angel stand in front of a demon's door? "Because ... I am ... your guardian angel!" This was the first idea he had. Good job, Samandriel. A demon doesn't need a guardian angel, and apart from this: does a demon want a guardian angel? But surprisingly the demon started to grin. "Oh, so, guardian angels walk around in a bright red uniform from a fast food place?" Samandriel shrugged. "It isn't necessarily like this. They wear every type of clothes." The demon was silent for some seconds until he started to laugh. The angel tilted his head. "Why are you laughing?" "Because I think it's funny." "But ... I am an angel!" "I know. I can feel it. And you should feel that I am not a human." "I can even see your black eyes." He admitted. "But ... They're not black right now?" The stranger seemed confused and looked at the window, at his image. "Angel vision. I can turn it off ..." "Yes, please. I don't show them for a reason." Samandriel sighed on the inside but turned his vision off. It would be good if he gained his trust. Now he could see him as the person he was. Samandriel tilted his head and roamed the young man with his eyes. He didn't look that different. Only the eye color changed, but he had to admit, that this made a huge difference. He decided that he liked his normal eyes more. "Is it turned off now?"
"Yes, it is."
"Okay, so, if you're my guardian angel, I guess you should come in?"
"That sounds like a good idea."
"Fine. I'll open the door."
