The Guardian (BNHA x Male! Reader)

Fallen Sanctuary

A/N: No relevant pic for today, instead have fun listening to the S3 opening.

As the pinkette and the (H/C) haired teen returned to the Sanctuary after their surprise visit from the young guardian's friend, he felt something off around the area.

(Y/N)'s POV:

As I look around the area, something feels off as if there is someone or something is wrong about it, as if on cue, two golems were walking towards us seemingly having a black magic casted upon them. I look at Aiko for a good while. "Aiko, please go check master if he is in his room." I said as Aiko looked at me. "No, I won't leave you here!" she yelled at me, but I refuse to leave as I made a pair of knuckles on my hands and growled.

"Just go! I'll be fine! I'll catch up with you!" I yelled as she jolted up in surprise but nodded slowly. "Be... Be careful alright..." she said as she went to her father as I clash my hands together. "Lets get this started!" I said as I charged at the both of them.

Midoriya's POV:

I was on the stand waiting for Todoroki and Kacchan fight for first place, looking the both of them on the arena. Suddenly, I felt chills around my spine as wondered why did I get such an odd feeling. Is it about Todoroki and Kacchan fighting? I look around just to see my classmates shivered as well as Todoroki and surprisingly Kacchan.

"The hell? Why is it fucking chilly in here! The hell did you do half-and-half bastard!" Kacchan yelled as Todoroki said he didn't do anything yet. I felt that it may be a hunch, but this has something to do with (Y/N). Although he may be not here, but I felt that he is  in trouble. 'Be careful, (Y/N) please.' I thought as the match is underway.

(Y/N)'s POV:

As I fight the golems something hit me right away, why would be golems in here unless they have been summoned? I shake the feeling of having a miscasting of a spell, but that's rarely occurred in here. I throw one more punch on the golem until it collapse down into a pile of rubble. I panted as I look around, seeing if anyone is around but to my surprise there wasn't, so who could have done this?

Moments later I heard a scream piercing through the area as I look at the direction of the master is located, without any hesitation I quickly ran to his room thinking only one thing in mind. 'Please be okay, both of you.' I thought.

As I run through the halls, all I saw are bodies everywhere, blood splattered across the walls and the halls of the Sanctuary. I grit my teeth as I saw something familiar on the floor. "A trail of flames? Damn it!" I said as I knew exactly who is the one responsible for the attack 

I made it to the room and quickly burst open the door, to my surprise the room was a mess, a large gaping hole was seen on the back of the room as I quickly went there just to see, master up against the demon. I clenched my fist as I prepared to charge him but got stopped by the pinkette.

"Aiko!" I said as I look at her and examined her, seeing visible bruises across her body, knowing that the demon attacked her. "Are you okay?" I asked as she cough up some blood. "Yes, but please, don't fight him. He is far too dangerous as of now." she said as I hold her close. "Please, save your strength." I said as she nodded and looked at the fight.

Seeing master fighting was very hard, knowing the he is a strong and powerful guardian but he is having a hard time beating the demon. "Is that the best you've got!" he said as master clenched his fist, throwing a punch but it was caught with ease as the demon kneed his gut, coughing out some blood.

Master fell down on his knees as he clenched his gut while the demon held him on his head. "Take a good look old man! This is your last time seeing your Sanctuary! For this will be your burial ground!" the demon said as I lowered Aiko and quickly charged at the demon.

"(Y/N) no, you'll be killed!" master yelled but it was too late, forming a small dagger from mid air as I attacked the demon but to my surprise he dodged it with ease. "You haven't improve since the last time we met." he said as he elbowed me on the head, stunning me for a brief moment as he punched my gut, coughing out some blood as I fell to my knees, earning a kick on the head as well.

"Pathetic, the master and the student all bowing down to the darkest entity there is." he said as I tried to stand up but earned a hard kick on the gut, coughing out some more blood as I rolled. "You should have finished me when you had the chance!" he said as he grabbed me from my collar and threw me away, landing beside Aiko as the demon made his way to master, aiming his weapon at his neck.

"Now that I had my fun, its time for the grand finale!" he said as he hold master on his head but a portal started to open as master began the ritual for it. The demon noticed it as the ritual was completed and with one swing on his chest, master was dead.

I felt rage build up on me as I stood up and getting ready to charge at him, but felt a hand grabbed me from behind as I was pulled from the portal, closing it in an instant.

After a moment, we reached our destination and surprisingly we were back at U.A. wondering why would he send us here, I look at Aiko and I did the one thing I didn't want to do. "Why did you do that! He was right in front of me! I got him where I want him! Why did you bring me here!" I snapped as I look at her, tears filled her eyes as she looked at me. "It's because you almost got killed! I don't want to lose you idiot! If you think I was selfish enough to keep you safe and fulfill your mission, then yes I am that selfish!" she said as I was surprised by her actions.

Does that mean she knew it from the start? That master was going to die? I looked at her with a sad look in my eyes. "I... I didn't know..." I said as I look at her, her wounds started to bleed more as I stood up. "Please, I'm sorry that I snapped at you Aiko." I said as she looked away and passed out. I caught her before her body landed on the floor, looking for someone to help us, luckily Recovery Girl was there and noticed my presence.

"(Y/N)! What happened to her!" she asked as I look at her guiding me to the room where she put Midoriya earlier. "It's a long story Recovery Girl." I said as we reached the room and she instructed me to stay outside, I nodded and paced back and forth before punching the wall behind me, blood coming out of my fist as tears started to fell down on my bruised facial features, falling down on my knees as I rest my head on the wall.

"Please... be okay..."
