She was near her apartment, feeling a bit better than before, but still hurt deep down. She walked slowly, not wanting to enter soon, but finally gave up and fastened her pace.

She was then in front of the door to her apartment, and searching for keys in her purse. It never took her long to open the door, but this time she couldn't find the keys. "Don't tell me I've dropped them," she spoke to herself. After 7 minutes of searching and not finding the keys, she leaned her forehead against the door. She was caught off-guard when the door opened by itself. Chills ran down her spine as she remembered locking the door before she went to work. Strange thoughts were filling her mind, and she took out a pen from her purse which was the only thing she could use-as a weapon-for protection.

She entered slowly, and found the lights coming from the kitchen. She mustered up the courage to face whatever was waiting ahead for her, and went to kitchen directly, only to find no one there.

"Seriously, who does that in this situation Jisoo?" A voice came from behind, and she finally calmed down recognizing the speaker.

"Why are you here Jinyoung?" She responded without turning around.

"You're the one who forgot the keys. I drove at an unbelievable speed all the way here, and waited for an hour for you to arrive. What took you so long?"

"It shouldn't concern you that what took me so long. I apologize that you had to come this far just to give the keys back. I'll be careful next time." Saying this, she turned around and extended her hand to have the keys back.

"You thought I wouldn't notice the changes? What's wrong with you? I'm not giving the keys back unless you say something."

"As if you don't know why," Jisoo said, clearly getting annoyed. She didn't want to let her emotions out in front of him, but she couldn't bear any longer. "Jinyoung, I understand everything that happened. It's not about the billboard incident! It's not even about you having a guest at your house. It's about you getting distanced from me. From your work, to your everyday life, I feel like I don't know anything! I know that you've always liked to keep your personal space, and I'm not even bringing that in this matter, because you've always been that way and I never felt this gap before. Now, it's like I don't know you anymore. You've been distancing yourself from me without even noticing that!"

"Is that what you're thinking about? Our friendship was stronger than that Jisoo. You could've told me that you were suffering silently, instead of keeping it all to yourself! Look.. you've made a mess of your emotions because of that. It's not like you!"

"But, what can I do? We hardly even talk. Working in the same company, I don't even know about your duties. You didn't even tell me anything about Nayeon, apart from the fact that she's new in Seoul, and doesn't have a place to stay. You haven't even told me how did you meet her."

"We hardly talk because of our schedules, and you know that. About Nayeon, I've met her accidentally and she would've gotten herself into trouble, given her situation," Jinyoung told her the partial truth, without giving her a hint of the actual happening.

"That explains everything, but it's still not enough. You wouldn't make anyone your guest like that!"

Jinyoung let out a chuckle as he was reminded of Nayeon's face when she saved him. "Even I don't know Jisoo-yah. It's my first time meeting a person like her. She was too unaware to realize the possible troubles ahead, and before I knew it, I was helping her as if it was the most normal thing to do. I can't even give a reason for that to myself."

"Okay, it's getting clear, but you still haven't told me about the work," Jisoo said with a pout. She was getting embarrassed, as she had gotten upset by herself without letting Jinyoung know in the first place.
