CHAPTER 14

YOORA'S POINT OF VIEW

"That art museum is really breathtaking, Taehyungie. I'm amazed by all the artworks there. I felt like I'm in a different world." I told Taehyung while we're walking towards a restaurant to eat lunch.

"I'm glad that you really appreciated it. Some girls aren't into art so I'm really amazed that Suga hyung's younger sister appreciates art as much as I do. And yeah, it was really breathtaking there." He said.

We arrived in the cafe and sat on a table for two beside the glass window.

A male crew walked up to us and handed the menu.

"It's on me." Taehyung suddenly said.

"Oh, no need, Taehyungie. I can pay for my own." I said.

"I insist, Yoora. This is our date afterall." He said.

It feels.. you know. I can't explain it. But it feels like it means something more.

"Fine then. I'll just treat you some snacks later and don't even dare to refuse." I said and got my orders listed by the waiter. Same goes with Taehyung.

"Please wait for about 10 to 15 minutes, Ma'am and Sir. Enjoy your stay here." The waiter said and walked away from our table to pass our orders.

"Yesterday night's talk was really nice." Taehyung said.

"Yeah. Thanks for trusting me, Taehyungie." I said.

"Thanks for trusting me too, Yoora." He said.

"I still wonder who the girl you like is. You haven't told me anything about her yet. I'm really curious. I bet she's really nice." I said which made Taehyung's eyes wrinkle, which means he's smiling.

He isn't removing his mask since a while ago.

"Yes, she's really nice and spontaneous." He said.

"I want to meet her soon!" I said.

"Don't worry, you'll know more about her when the right time comes." He said.

"Okay then, as you say." I said.

"Yoora, have you had any boyfriends before?" He asked.

"Boyfriends? I haven't even had one in my entire life." I said and chuckled.

"Are you serious? No one became your boyfriend before?" He asked in disbelief.

"No one." I said while shaking my head.

"Woah. But you're really pretty and kind! How come you haven't gotten yourself a boyfriend if you're that pretty?" He said which made me blush.

"Stop it, Taehyung!" I said and covered my face.

"Aigoo, Yoora is so cute." He said which made me blush even more.

"I said stop I'm gonna hate you." I jokingly said.

"Okay, okay, fine. Just please don't hate me." He said.

"But really, you haven't had any boyfriend since birth?" He asked.

"You know what, you're becoming redundant. I said no." I said and chuckled.

"Sorry, I just really can't believe it." He said.

"But someone likes me in school." I said.

"What?" He said.

"A guy named Joshua confessed his feelings to me since last year. He's actually half Korean and half Canadian, and he still likes me up until now. We're batchmates and he told me that he's willing to wait for me until I agree to be his girlfriend, but I kept on refusing." I said.

"Why were you rejecting him?" He asked.

"Because I'm not ready to be in a relationship yet. For me, I would just agree to be in a relationship if I like the guy and we both have mutual feelings for each other. I want myself to feel my heart beating for that guy before putting myself in a relationship with him. You know.. if I say yes to Joshua then it's like I'm only agreeing because of sympathy since he's been liking me for almost two years already and I don't want that because I don't want to lie with my own feelings as well. That would be rude of me." I said.

"Woah.. daebak! Very well said, Yoora." He said.

"Aigoo.. this just made me like you even more."
