A single choice

Chapter 10:

It was the next morning as I woke up in the exquisite hotel in France.All my memories came flying back to me.We had arrived rather late last night and I had gone immediately to bed in the huge suite we shared.I had been to tired last night to really pay attention to anything but I was now looking around in awe.Sam must be pretty rich to afford to pay for all of us to come to France and stay in this! 

We were to meet Lola this afternoon.I heard a groan from the other side of the room and turned to see Ariana and Melissa smile at each other as they pulled the covers off their sleepy heads.It was amazing how I already felt comfortable around them,thanks to Sam.We all shared a sleepy smile.

"Won't Ali think it's a bit weird that her two best friends just disappeared?"I asked at the same second that Ariana spoke."Aren't you really thirsty?"

We laughed and woke the sleeping boys around us.And Danielle,who looked she could use  a couple of extra hours.

"Nah,Sam probably made up some kind of excuse."Melissa answered.

"As a matter of a fact.It was a bit difficult with Ali..."Sam said thoughtfully."She just didn't seem to accept my words."

"And to answer your question."he turned to Ariana and sighed in my direction."Twilight has the ability to live on regular human food.However,"I tensed."There will be a period of once a month in which she will go crazy and do absolutely anything to get warewolf blood.Fortunately, that will be in nearly a month so let's not worry about that anymore right now."

"We have to get going to Lola's."Jeff said looking at the golden clock.

I rolled my eyes.My life was at stake here,but then,maybe,so was Lola's.

We quickly got dressed,ate,and ordered a limousine.We were shortly informed by the bellboy that it had arrived.The ride was quiet.Ariana and Melissa seemed rather worried but wouldn't speak of it.So did Danielle.I held her hand reassuringly.

It was later on.As we left the limousine .That it happened.Just like my dream.

Suddenly I was all alone with Danielle.A pack of werewolfs came rushing from my right.I froze with fear.At least we had had Tray in my dream.A group of  vampires came in a blur from the left.

As I scanned the werewolfs,I realized to my horror that Tray was one of them.

 Tray didn't see me staring yet.But the werewolf beside him did.

"Can you see me?"he asked stupidly.I was traumitized for a few seconds.

"Um...uh...yeah,I-I do" I stammered.

They all turned to stare at us.I knew there were more,but the only ones I could see were Tray,Sam ,and the girl.

The leaders of the two groups came to a stop beside me.Sam,and a girl I wasn't familiar with.

"Twilight.Danielle."Sam took a bow."Will you take the honer to join me and my group?"

"Twilight.Danielle."The girl took a bow."Will you take the honer to join me and my group?I'm Rose."

Danielle and I exchanged a look.I was already used to all these weird things going around me,but what was this one all about?

Rose looked at Danielle and winked."I'm stronger than Ive been before."she sang Danielle's favorite song.Danielle was startled for a moment then smiled.

Sam sighed and flashed me his number one perfect smile.I melted instsntly.

"I'm going with Sam."I said quietly,knowing what Danielle would say.

"I'm going with Rose."Danielle said.

We turned to each other and embraced."I'll miss you" I whispered.She nodded."Me too."

I now understood part of the significance of my dream.Tray ran to hug Danielle and stared longingly at me."Are you sure about this?he asked."Don't do it if it's just because you love  him."

I nodded.Yes,I thought,staring into Sam's gorgeous eyes.I was sure.

And that ,was the single choice,that changed everything.
