Silent Howl

Chapter 14

Blake's POV

Mia and I ran back to everyone and told them what was going on. My father decided that we need to go talk to them to warn them that if they step on our territory that they would regret doing so. Me, Matt, Nick, and my father, the Alpha went to walk down the beach to go warn the scums while my mother took the girls and Josh back to the pack house. I mink linked the pack to be on standby and alert in case anything went wrong.

"Hault!" Alpha Daniel commanded.

They all stopped in their tracks and I assume the Alpha came forward.

"Well, well. Alpha Daniels. What do I owe the pleasure?" He responded in a cocky tone.

He looked like a fucking tool bag. He had longish dirty blond hair that he had tied back and he was wearing black cargo pants and a white dirty tee shirt. He had that "smart guy"look to him. The kind of look that makes you want to deck the guy in the face.

"You're about to step on my territory Alpha Jackson. I will warn you now that you won't win." He threw out his power.

"Well, then I should ask for your permission. I've had my trackers out searching for someone who I believe is hiding out in your territory. I would like to go fetch her." Jackson held his chin. 

"What's it to you?!" I growled.

"She's my mate. You know what it like for an unmated male, especially an Alpha without his mate." He responded.

"I'm sorry about my son but I'm pretty sure if any outsiders came on my territory, they would either be dead or long gone. But if there's any outsiders we come across I'll give you a call." Alpha Daniels stated.

"I appreciate it." He said rolling his eyes.

They all turned the other way and made their way.

"I need an emergency pack meeting in 20 minutes." He demanded.

We shifted and took off towards the house.

Mia's POV

Us girls and Josh made our way back to the pack house. I luckily know how to mask my scent from learning from old pack members, AKA Thalia. I couldn't do it for long but long enough for him to get far enough away.

We were all walking threw the woods, they were talking about tomorrow being my birthday but I couldn't focus on that. I could only focus on Jackson may know where I am. I don't want to go back to him. I can't go back to that again. All the torture and abuse that I took over the years growing up there, I couldn't take it again. It would kill me. I don't have the strength to go through that again.

"Are you alright, dear?" Mary nudged me.

"Not really.." I replied softly.

"I'm not trying to rush you, but have you considered joining the pack? This way you could communicate with us more easier and we could offer you more protection. I consider you part of this pack already but you technically aren't." 

"I considered it, I think tha-" I was continuing until 4 very large wolfs came running up to us.

One big grey wolf with bright blue eyes, which by my guess was Matt cause he ran straight to Reagan. One wolf a little smaller but not much with red fur and light brown eyes which was Nick. Then two black wolves that were almost twice the size of Matt and Nick. Alpha Daniels had white eyes while Blake had bright gold/yellow eyes. He was absolutely gorgeous.

"What is it?" Mary said concernedly.

I could tell they were mind linking after because they were focused on each other. Blake let out a howl and the girls started to undress and shift.
