Mia's POV

The feeling of the sun rays hitting against my face, feeling the slight burning feeling and the sound of the birds chirping, that must mean that its morning. It kind of felt nice to have the whole bed to myself, but I always sleep better with Blake by my side.

"We better get up and start our morning." Amber shot through our link.

"How about we take a quick shower then go down and get some breakfast." I replied before making my way to the bathroom.

Luna Mary's POV

This is one of the busiest times of the year. As the season begins to change, from summer to fall we have a festival, if you will. It's where the whole pack gets together and celebrates another year that we are safe and living life as good as we can. It also gives our pack a loving and easing feeling that we all care about each other.

"Momma!! Can I help?! PLEAAAAAASE!!" Josh comes running through the kitchen doors jumping up and down.

"Of course you can, baby." I giggled before picking him up and sitting him on the counter top.

"Can we please make brownies? I'm asking for all the other kids in the pack, its definitely not because I want them.." He rubbed his neck.

"Josh.. Do you remember the last time I made brownies for 'the kids'?" I crossed my arms.

"I have no idea what you're talking about." He pointed at me, contently.

"I'm pretty sure you ate the whole tray before they even made it to the function. And I only know that because I had to take care of you for the rest of the night." I gave him a stare.

"That was a pretty bad stomach ache.." He thought out loud.

"Ohhh, so you do remember?" I chuckled.

"OH PLEASE MOMMA, PLEASE!!!!!!!" He screamed and pouted.

"No Josh, I need to be able to freely talk to the pack mates this year. Plus, your father has some spectators coming as well. I cant be taking care of my sugar coma kid." I tapped his nose.

He just looked at me with those puppy dog eyes that kids give when they don't get their way. I let out a sigh.

"How about this? I have your dad take you and the other pups in the pack to get ice cream." I caved.

"Really?!" His eyes lit up.

"There's a lot of pups though, you know dad wont be able to have the patience to deal with all of us." He shrugged.

He made a good point.

"That's exactly why he has a Beta and Delta. They are there to help him. And if you really wanna know a secret, your father better or I'll make him do all the cooking for the festival." I argued.

"He won't like that." Josh laughed.

"Exactly my point baby. Now, read me that recipe on my phone." I pointed to my phone sitting on the counter.

Reagan's POV

Amelia, Jamie, Hailey, and I walked into the kitchen to see Mary cooking some sort of food, and Josh trying to read a recipe off her phone as best as he could.

"What's on the menu for breakfast, ladies?" Amelia turned her attention to us while rubbing her hands together.

"I don't know about you guys, but I'm eating kinda light for the next couple days. Have to save my appetite for the festival." Hailey said while rubbing her stomach.
