Chapter 15: Awake and Ready

Sheila slowly becomes conscious again in a dimly light room. She tries to stand but realizes she is tied to a chair, wearing a hospital gown. She tries to get loose, but struggles. Then, a man wearing a lab coat approaches her, along with a woman and another man,both wearing lab coats, both of which were holding trays covered by a blue cloth.
"Good to see you're awake, Sheila." The man stated.
"Who are you? Where the hell am I?" Sheila demands with rage.
"I am Dr. Reid. I am I pretty sure you know where you are?"
"Doctor?" The woman asked from the shadows.
"Yes?"
"You should not have told her your name."
"Why? I can tell her whatever I want and she will not remember anything after what we do."
What Dr. Reid said gave Sheila chills, but she had to stay strong.
"What do you mean?" Sheila questions.
"You're going to be our little 'friend' for a while." Dr. Reid replies with a malicious grin.
"What are you talking about? If you think I am just going to stay here and not escape the first chance I get, you are wrong."
"Oh, I know. We have been studying you for a while now, Sheila, and we know you are perfect for this project."
"Well I don't want to be apart of your little 'project'." Sheila hisses back at Dr. Reid.
"I know you won't 'willingly' be a part of our little project. That's why we have this," Dr Reid stated. He snapped his fingers and the woman and man stepped forward out of the shadows. They held their trays out and Dr. Reid removed the cloth. The one tray had a syringe with several needles, the other had various chemicals. Dr. Reid picked up the syringe and began to insert chemicals into the syringe.
"What's that?" Sheila shakeily questioned.
Dr. Reid finished adding the last chemical to the syringe and faced Sheila.
"This, Sheila, is a little concoction I have created to, well, make you our little 'friend'."
"So you're brainwashing me?" Sheila questioned.
"To some degree, yes." Dr. Reid stated has he flicked the needle.
Sheila then tries he very best to escape, she screams and yells for help, but it's no use. Dr. Reid snaps his fingers again and the other two scientists put down the trays and go over to Sheila, holding her down, trying to make her move less.
"HELP!" Sheila screams in terror.
Then Dr. Reid takes the syringe and shows the needle of the syringe right into her neck.He struggling slows down until she is unconscious once again. The two scientist holding Sheila down now step away and go toward Dr. Reid.
"Sheila. Wake up."
Slowly, Sheila was regaining consciousness. But it was not Sheila. She knew only two things. She knows her name is Sheila and she knows that something has changed. She listens to one person now, which is Dr. Reid. She then uses her new strength and breaks through the rope  and stands up. Dr. Reid stand still while the other two scientist move back.
"Sheila. Are you awake?" Dr. Reid questions.
"Awake and ready."
"Sheila. Your first tasks is to destroy the three intruders. There is a secret camera system in the next room so you can use this track down these intruders. 
Sheila does not say a thing. She walks toward the door and looks at her clothes on the floor.
"Real classy." She states sarcastically. She grabs her clothes and head to a room to change, as her 'friends' will realize a difference if they find her wearing a hospital gown. Once she is back into her clothes, she heads into the camera room.
It is a small room, with the one wall lined with computer screens and a desk with a chair. The only light source being the computer screens. Sheila shuts the door and sits down in the chair. She waits patiently, like a predator stalking its prey until she spots someone.
