Sheila sat up from her chair and left her desk full of tv monitors, projecting all the scenes caught on the secret hidden cameras. S begins to progress down the south hallway which leads to the room where everyone first split. The Sheila from this morning would have remembered this "division of the group" decision as one she should have never seen the light of day. The current bloodthirsty Sheila believes this was the most brilliant idea her genius mind has conjured. She remembers spotting her prey down the north hallway. So, Sheila proceeds down the north wing of the government facility.
Christine was slowly making her way down each hallway peaking into each room she passes. Half the rooms contain no furniture. Just black mold and peeling paint. The other half still contain the black mold and peeling paint, but also have stretchers, rusted from the rain that once poured in through the shattered window, and torn from wear and possibly rodents. She continued until she had reached a dead end. The end of the hallway consisted of two doors, one to either side of christine. She decides to choose the door on the left. She pushes open the rusted door to reveal an old operating room. Everything was covered in dust, but all the furniture and tools were discarded. They were unwanted, no longer fulfilling a purpose in life, just like Christine. She looks around and begins to leave footprints in the dust. The room was dimly lit, with only one window as the room 's light source. She begins to make her way to the other side of the room when she hears someone.
"Hello...Christine,"
"Huh?" Christine turns around facing the door. The door then slams shut, revealing hellish Sheila.
"Sheila! Don't scare me like that!" Christine laughs and begins to progress towards a tray of dust covered tools and a dead rat. "Anyways, look at what I fo..."
Sheila screams as she lunges at Christine and wraps her hands around her neck. Christine, struggling to escape, managed to elude from her grasp. Sheila, with her new fats reflexes, managed to grab Christine's neck with one hand and began to raise her off the ground.
"S-Sheila! What are yo-you doing?" Christine squeaks out.
She lets out a quiet, malicious laugh. "You wanna know something?"
Christine remained silent.
"Your dad was right," Sheila stated as she reached out to the dust covered tray and grabbed a semi-rust covered knife, clearly used for amputations.
Christine stares at Sheila as she manically observes the knife.
"Mistakes aren't meant to live," Sheila stated.
Then, Sheila plunged the knife's blade right into Christine's stomach. Christine screams in pain, which Shelia gets a thrill from. She roughly pulls the knife out and make a new hole in Christine's stomach. Another scream followed by another stab. The process continued until Christine could not take the pain anymore. She could no longer take the pain of the sharp, metal blade penetrate her stomach. She could no longer handle the feeling of the knife cutting her skin and being abruptly pulled out of her skin. She could not take any of this any more. She no longer fights. Christine surrenders as she fades out of consciousness.
Once Sheila realizes she is unconscious, she pulls her knife out of the sixteenth stab wound she had made and drops Christine's lifeless body on the ground.
She looks at the lifeless body on the dust, and now blood, covered floor. The old Sheila would feel empathy, remorse, and despair for the pain her best friend endured. But the new Shelia does not recognize these feelings. This has sparked a new evil in Sheila. It's a addictive hunger...to kill. As Sheila places a new devilish grin on her face, she kneels down toward Christine.  She takes the blood covered knife and drags it across Christine's neck, half decapitating Christine and ending her life. Sheila lets out a vile laugh and stands up.
"Just in case you decided to leave, Christine," Sheila laugh as she throws down the knife, which perfectly landed right through Christine's left eye.
"Next...the strange one."
