Lena's POV

On the cheek. I kissed him on the cheek and for some reason both of our cheeks turned to a soft pink color.

"Can you let me down now?" I giggle awkwardly as I ask the question. He lets me down gently and never breaks eye contact. We stand there for seconds that feel like minutes.

"We should go check on Ethan or something." I say. My hearts racing and I have no idea why.

"Oh yeah. Let's go." He says opening the door for me. I walk through it quickly and he follows behind.

'What just happened?' I ask myself. I keep walking until I reach Ethan's room.

I open the door slowly praying that he's not naked or something. When the door is fully opened I see that Ethan is still sleeping in his bed.

I look at Grayson and he grins at me.

"Can we not be mean and just jump on the bed or something?" I ask.

"Okay fine."

We run over to the bed and jump around on it.

"Wakey wakey" I shout. Ethan's limp body bounces around and I can see him waking up. He's confused and trying to collect his thoughts. I bounce up one more time and land on my butt to sit down next to him. Grayson does the same while Ethan tries his best to sit up.

"Do you always wake people up so rudely?" He asks.

"Only when they sleep half the day away. Do you boys always sleep this late?"

"Wait what time is it?"

"Like 11." Grayson says laughing.

"No, we actually never sleep this late." Ethan says laughing a bit.

"Well get up and do something I'm going to my room to read." I say nonchalantly. I get up calmly and walk to my room. When I get there I pick my book up from the floor and flop onto my bed. I get comfortable and start reading.

I go unbothered for about another thirty minutes when my stomach rudely growls at me. I ignore it for a little bit but then the hunger becomes unbearable. I go down the stairs into the kitchen and look for a snack. I look for what seems like hours when I finally find a snack worth my time.

Goldfish. The greatest snack of all the snacks. I grab the whole bag and run for it. I make my way to my room and pick a new place to sit.

There's a little corner at the bottom of my bed that would be perfect. I grab a two pillows and a teddy bear. I place the pillows down accordingly and grab the teddy. I sit down and hold the bear. I open the book up to the pages I left off on and begin to read.

Knock knock

"Yes" I shout through the walls. Ethan and Grayson walk in and shut the door behind them.

"YOU STOLE THE GOLDFISH!" Ethan shouts as he sees the fish by my side. I push them behind me and swallow the bit that's in my mouth.

"No..." I smile.

"Those were my goldfish!" He says. I can't tell if he actually cares or if he's trying to joke.

"What goldfish?" I ask innocently.

"I'm gon-"

"Alright so we came up here to see if you wanted to go to the park or something." Grayson says cutting Ethan off.

"That sounds like a good distraction." I say excitedly.

"Okay let's go!" The twins say the words at the same time.

"Hold on I need to change. Give me like five minutes." I say.

The twins give an okay from over their shoulder as they leave the room. I make my way over to my closet and find something fun to wear. I change into the outfit and put on a little bit of concealer. I put on some converse and go to find the twins.

"Five minutes my butt. That was a whole ten minutes." Grayson says when I find them. Ethan laughs at the comment and I laugh along with him. We walk out the door and get into the car. Grayson gets in the drivers seat and Ethan in the passenger. I'm stuck in the back by myself.

"Can I at least have the Aux?" I ask in a pleading tone.

"As long as you play good music." Ethan says.

"Okay got it. Gimme."

Ethan gives me the long cord while Grayson pulls out of the driveway. I plug it into my phone and go to my playlist. Not just any playlist. My one direction play list.

Coincidentally the first song that plays is What makes you beautiful. I scream along with the words and blast the song through the speakers. About twenty seconds later Grayson turns the volume down.

"Okay that's enough." Grayson says laughing a little.

"Fine hold on." I go to my songs and hit shuffle. There are songs that range from country to rock to rap to pop.

I turn the volume up but not very loud. We make small talk for a while when my bladder suddenly decides it can't go on.

"Guys I have to pee!" I say calmly.

"We're almost there just hold on." Ethan say.
As we keep driving the feeling to just let everything out gets stronger. At the worst possible time I sneeze and I swear something left my body.

"Guys!!" I whine.

"One more minute." Grayson says.

We honestly are there in one minute. I grab my tiny adventure backpack and throw it over my shoulders.

"Bathroom?" I ask.

"Come on." Ethan says grabbing me wrist to guide me. He walks at a normal pace and in just not having it.

The restrooms come into sight and I yank my arm away. I run to the toilets and almost walk into the wrong one. I spin around and go towards the women stalls. When I sit down I not only pee for a whole minute, I also get a present from Mother Nature.

"Oh fun."

Luckily I came prepared. I do my business and leave the nasty place. I run over the the swings where
Ethan and Grayson are sitting. When I get closer I see that they're throwing mulch at each other.

Their attention shifts to me when they see me coming. I stand beside them and they reach up for me to help them. I give them each a hand and they pull me down.

"Excuse you!" I shout while laughing.

"Let me up I just wanna swing." They release me and I get up quickly.

"How was your trip to the potty?" Grayson asks.

"Oh it was just peachy." I say while getting on the swing. Ethan gets being me and pushes me while Grayson tries to grab my legs.

The next few hours were filled with shrieks of happiness and laughter. It was a fun distraction and it made me realize that I think I'm ready to go to school. Especially if it makes my family happy.
