Desmerak's Plot

Desmerak's POV

"I had been watching these events unfold for quite some time." I spoke sending my words through time and space to Saroc the broken fool of an immortal's mortal form. His thought were of wonder, terror and rage. I looked into his memories and saw what Nick was becoming, he'd summoned two soul blades "Interesting." I sent my words to Saroc, "interesting that you allowed an obviously oblivious to his own potential of a teenager to kick your ass Saroc!!!" I pushed with my mind to burrow deeper into his thoughts. I felt his pain his anguish for his lost power. "Pitiful that an immortal as formidible as once were would allow himself to be bested by a guardian and his vessel, you've had your fun now its my turn." I opened a door way from my dimension to the human world knowing I could only ferry creatures to the other side, not step through myself. I saw Nick on his knee's his armor had receded and he was in pain, just enough to be vulnerable to a smart immortal, I said "Nick!!!" and spread my arms out welcomingly "I see you've taught this fool not to mess with you." I looked at Saroc on the ground groveling in pain and self pity. Nick's eyes told me more then he could ever see, I saw emotion so much raw power and emotion, this child had been able to summon two soul blades and immortal armor at the same time, this child was smething else entirely, not human but not quite immortal either "Who was your sire?" I asked Nick turned around with a confused face. "Who taught you about the soul blades and immortal armor?" Nick stood up he was no threat, his body was obviously exhausted and in no shape to fight, especially after that clash with Saroc. I could see this boy become a great warrior among the immortal ranks above these feeble creatures he dwelt with, I looked into his future I saw scattered images nothing definete, I saw a throne with three warriors all vieing for it, I saw one holding a red soul blade, another holding a blue soul blade, and another had two bright green soul blades in front of the throne. I looked at Nick and said "I have big plans for you boy." I stretched out my hand and said "Come and I'll explain everything." I heard a girl yell "Don't!!!!" It was that bitch I let back into this world Kate she ran between me and Nick he looked at me and his eyes blazed the armor was starting to appear again and when he attacked he'd fall perfectly into my trap. Then Kate held his hand and whispered something in his ear they both raised an arm and what I feared would happen came to pass I yelled "NNNNNNOOOOOO!!!!!!!" as the bolt of energy shot from them trying desperatly to sever the portal, I wasn't fast enough it hit my shoulder and I felt immense pain "Your both going to pay for that." I sent my thoughts to the both of them.
