Since I moved more towards the outskirts of Detroit I live closer to Marshall's house so getting there didn't take long. I was just as surprised seeing his house, or mansion should I say, as it was one of the most extrodinary homes I've ever seen.
After opening the gate and pulling into the driveway there were two cars I haven't seen before, they must've been Hailie's and Lanie's. We went inside and saw the three girls setting the kitchen table, I'm guessing somewhere in here there is a formal dining room, but this wasn't really a formal situation. As soon as we walked in all three of them turned their heads looking at Marshall and I. They set down the rest of the plates and silverware and came over to join us.
"Hi! You must be Rose, I'm Hailie," she said introducing herself and then continuing onto her sisters, "This is Whitney," she said as she pointed to the youngest of the three, "And this is my other sister, Lanie." As Hailie made the introductions I shook Lanie and her hands while Whitney hid behind the two of them.
"Hey, it's nice to meet you guys. Your dad has told me a lot about you."
The oven beeped letting us know whatever was cooking was done.
"Dinners ready! Come on let's eat." Lanie chimed as she led us into the kitchen.
After eating some well prepared lasagna we all played a game of Sorry! which helped me further discover how sweet all three of the girls were. Marshall had told me about them before and how sweet there were, but he wasn't able to fully describe how wonderful they really were.
