"I think she'd make a great addition to the team", Amethyst said, "If we want a chance to defeat the diamonds we have to have her on our side". Pearl tried as much as possible not to disagree, but a stern look from Garnet silenced her. "Why do you think we should have hair", Garnet asked them, "We helped shatter her best friend what if she's planning to betray us". "I know what you're saying and you are right but I realized something", Turquoise spoke up, "Pink probally did this to herself she was very fascinated with humans hence the zoo". They knew she was still hurt by what happened to her friend but they couldn't agree more. "So I'm ready to help fight for this planet", she continued, "If you don't want my help I can understand your reasons". Garnet looked thoughtful for a minute, "Ok I'm willing to try"."WHAT!!", Pearl screamed, "This is going to be Navy all over again". Steven had a hurt look on his face, "You promised you wouldn't bring that up", he said before running upstairs. "Oh Steven I didn't mean that", she called out to him. "Steven wait", Garnet shouted, "Pearl we talked about this". "Let me talk to him", Turquious said, "Please". Garnet nodded.

"Steven are you here", she asked, "I to talk to you". "Go away", he said from under the blankets, "I don't want to talk". "I know what you're going through", she started, "No you dont", he said. "I know what it feels to make mistakes", she said wistfully, "But I learned to forget about them and move forward". "But it wasn't your fault", he said. "There are a lot of things you don't know about me", she said looking outside, "But I do know one thing, just because you failed once doesn't mean you can't get up and try again". He smiled, "I guess you're right". "Now you wouldn't want to keep the gems waiting", she said smiling then added with a giggle, "Especially Connie". He nodded blushing then went downstairs. "Steven I was soo worried", Connie burst out before blushing, "What I meant to say was we're all worried about you". "I'm fine but I think Pearl has something to say to Turq", he replied. "I'm sorry but I just you wouldn't help me", Pearl apologized. "I understand but I wanted to avoid anyyhing serious from happening", Turq said, "like with Pink". "I definetly understand now", Pearl said before hugging her, "I missed how much fun we had". "So did I", she replied. "Ok then welcome to the team", Pearl said excitedly.
