Cage

I always wake up with sunny days,
I pass blue skies and happy ways.
I walk, talk and bike around,
I toss, I jump, and hit the ground.

I see things normally,
I can still feel complete sanity.
I can eat what is free,
I can laugh and I can be me.

I pass pastures and trees,
I see birds, chase rabbits and bitten by bees.
I got these happiness and a smile unshattered,
I didn't notice I was tethered.

I thought I could run millions of kilometer,
I thought I could go wherever.
I just don't see the keys hanging on sky,
I can never reach for I can't even fly.

I thought I am known to be good,
I thought I can let down my hood.
I know I'll be burned if I do,
I am home and imprisoned too.

I pass by a thought that I am having a life,
I thought this is all good but it's a lie.
I free myself from trouble and misery,
I live in the world's biggest cage that only I can see.
