Atlantis

Scattering reflection of the sun,
Remembering feelings for a distant man,
Hovering over the shattered sand,
Diving deeper was not part of the plan.

Surfing in his shown possibilities,
Drowning with the endless queries,
Looking for sweet amnesties,
Breathing for the impossibilities.

Trying to live beyond the drown,
Offering the heart to the crown,
Finding Atlantis not just a town,
Choosing to remain hidden in a siren's gown.

Sailing over the deep dark sea,
Forgetting what it might be,
Swimming in his ambiguity,
Floating are his words for me.
