Last chapter!
Glenn's P.O.V:
I went out of my cell, hoping that Jess was alive. Daryl was shouting at Hershel, Abby was crying in Merle's arms, Rick and Carl were hugging, and Beth and Carol hugged while Judith was in her little 'cot'.
Maggie ran over to me crying, and led me outside. She wiped away the tears quickly and put on her normal face.
"I need to tell you something, but you must keep it a secret." she muttered. She told me what it was and I breathed in heavily.
"Do you need me to shoot her?" I asked Maggie.
"Yes." she replied.
Maggie acompanied me to my cell and I grabbed my gun. I went to where everyone was standing.
"Jessica told me to shoot her if she ever died." I lied. That wasn't the only lie that I now know. I entered the cell where Jessica was, and loaded my gun, took the safety off... and pulled the trigger.
Carl's P.O.V:
I tightened my grip around my dad when I heard the gun-shot. My dad hugged me back tightly, obviously a sad aswell.
"There's no more hope in this world." I whispered to my dad.
"Carl, I know how hard it is but..." dad tried to comfort me but I interrupted him.
"But nothing dad. Don't try and comfort me." I said, pushing him away and running in to my cell and on to the top bunk, were Jessica stayed her first night.
*2 hours later*
Maggie, Glenn and Hershel have moved Jessica's body and buried her. We were now surrounding her grave while Hershel said a prayer. Afterwards, everyone left but me, Abby, Merle and Daryl.
"You're in a better place now." Abby said. Daryl hugged her and Merle joined. I walked away.
This is not the end, I can tell...
