chapter dix-neuf

"Ugh!! I need to know where she is!! I hate this!!"

It's been 3 months since Lin died and Pippa went missing.

We held a funeral and everything for Lin, but Pippa she's just disappeared.

"Jasmine, she will be back.." Anthony says laying down next to my bump. I'm about 6 months along and we found out we're having a girl.

"Is she kicking?" He grins

"No.." I huff and push him off of me

He pouts and I just shake my head

"I'm uncomfortable and it's hot leave me alone."

"Be honest Jas, whats up with you?"

"What do you mean I'm-"

"Your not yourself anymore."

Anthony's right, I'm just so out of it and sad still. I've stopped doing the show because of the baby but I'm still at the theatre everyday. Jonathan normally keeps me entertained while I'm there but he's in Chicago on a break right now so..

"I'm just still upset I guess.."

"Lets take a break tonight, go out see a movie, hang out in the park?"

"Ok.." I smile

The next morning I wake up and Hudson is out in the living room by himself.

"Hudson."

"What?" He says startled

"You know you can tell me anything, why wouldn't you tell me?"

His face drops, he knows exactly what I'm talking about.

"I'm sorry, I just thought you would judge me.. I don't know.."

"I would NEVER."

"Don't tell mom or dad."

"Pshh please I'm not talking to mom anymore, Dad and I are kinda still in touch but not really. You can tell them when you like."

He smiles and hugs me.

"I'm so happy for you. When are you going to introduce me to him?"

"I'll let you know, maybe we can all go out to dinner?"

"Sounds good."

"Hi mama, how you feeling?" Renee asks as we walk into the theatre

"Tired." I yawn

"Shes going to be here soon."

"Yeah I cant wait." I smile, truth is I'm fucking terrified.

We get into the theatre and the whole cast is here and there hanging out in the lounge like they usually are.

"Does anyone know when Groff is coming back?" I whine

"Monday!" Oak responds and I groan

It's only Thursday.

"Look around look around..." I hum while looking for a dress that would actually fit me

Hudson is going to introduce me to his boyfriend tonight. We're going to eat at this really nice Italian place.

I slip on a black dress that's kinda loose but you could totally see my bump.

I brush my hair continuing to hum.

"Pips! You ready?"

"Yeah, give me a second!" I yell back grabbing my phone and we both head out

"We're gonna pick him up on the way there ok?"

"Sure." I smile

We stop outside a hotel room, I was a little confused as to why we were outside of a hotel but I didn't question anything.
