if you guys remembered, Ethan gave Bianca a sketchbook when they were little, a small sketchbook, a decent sized one. (The chapter was chapter 5) And when Ethan and Grayson slept with her under the tree, Ethan looked through the old drawings and spots a really long paragraph, but he decided to not check it out since it wasn't his.
The paragraph has something to do with the upcoming chapters,
